You'll need the base game to use the DLC, so make sure you've downloaded the latest version of 14 Days With You beforehand. You can get it here:
Install on Windows & Linux:
- Download and unzip the "14 Nights With You" DLC
- Open the folder with the base game in it and locate the "game" folder
- Place the "14 Nights With You" folder inside the "game" folder
- DON'T place the "14nightswithyou-paid" or "14nightswithyou-free" folder!
- Run the game normally to check if you've installed the DLC. There should be a notification in the top right corner of the main menu screen!
Install on MacOS:
- Download and extract the "14 Nights With You" DLC
- Right-click the base game app and select "Show Package Contents"
- Open the folders in this order: Contents → Resources → autorun → game
- Place the "14 Nights With You" folder inside the "game" folder
- DON'T place the "14nightswithyou-paid" or "14nightswithyou-free" folder!
- Run the game normally to check if you've installed the DLC. There should be a notification in the top right corner of the main menu screen!

I have the DLC downloaded. but I tried to do the intructions it said for windows but I got really confused
after unzipping the dlc, you should see a folder named 14nightswithyou-(free/paid). inside should be another named 14nightswithyou. all you need to do is move that into the game folder of the base game, and it should read properly once you start it up!

I recently downloaded the DLC and it's not working! I've tried everything it says not to download the free and the paid version on the main menu of the game but on the website, it says you must download both I'm so confused, can someone help plz </3

It says here that everything in the free DLC is also included in the paid DLC so you should only install that version if you have purchased it. Sorry if I am misunderstanding the issue.

I have a few questions that might help figure out the issue you are having.
1. Did you download and install the updated version of the base game?
2. Did you install the DLC to your base game correctly for the type of operating system you are using?
3. If you have done the first two questions and still had an issue, have you tried redownloading and reinstalling the game and DLC?

You will not have to pay again for any updates the DLC gets when you buy it on your account. You'll only have to redownload and reinstall the DLC with the most up to date version of the base game.
Once you buy the paid version, you own it. This includes any future updates!

Hello! I'm usually a lurker, but I wanted to bring something up. I'm not sure how to spoiler this though oops, so I just put in a bunch of space...
I know this paid DLC and the game as a whole(?) is still a WIP, but I just wanted to bring some instances I noted so far in my playthrough. On Day 2 at nighttime, despite me toggling my preferences to be top (additionally, my anatomy was also masculine with a penis, if that's relevant), Ren still fingered me while performing oral on me. It threw me off in a not-so-good way, so I just wanted to ask if that was intentional or not, even for those of us wanting (player/PC) to be sole/exclusive tops.
I hope this doesn't come off as rude or anything, but since the DLC did say I would have the option of either being penetrated OR penetrating him instead, I was a bit disappointed that I ran into this (it's something I've seen other games suddenly spring on me unfortunately).
Something similar starts to happen on Night 3, with him stroking PC/us but then slipping a finger inside us. However, it soon shifts to him lowering himself onto us, so I could indeed top, which I suppose was a relief but it still left a bit of a bad taste in my mouth. Later in that same scene, however, it mentions how deep he's going and then he reaches down to stroke us, but that shouldn't be possible since I'm inside him?? Pretty soon, he dirty talks and tells us to come inside him tho... But, after he carries us to the bedroom, there's mention of him "cleaning up the sticky mess between [PC's] thighs", though I suppose that could still apply even though I'm the top ig?? The flips back and forth are like whiplash lol...
On Day 4, in the aquarium closet, if we choose to make Teo jealous, before we perform oral on Ren, it implies we had him inside us - even though I never bottomed (or at least was never supposed to happen given my top preference). And when we're teasing him during oral, he says something like "You can even fuck me this time" as if I hadn't topped him during the previous penetrative scenes.
Because of this shift, I presume these parts of each specific scene was bugged for tops? I would understand maybe if i had clicked versatile for preferences, but since I am a top and thus picked that, having to read the opposite was strange. Coincidentally or not, the 1st 2nd 5th and 6th "flips" appeared with "NO CG YET!" written on the background, although the 3rd and 4th(?) did not (they just had blank back backgrounds with no writing). Could that be interfering somehow and/or part of the bug? Though I suppose it says that feature is not implemented yet in the paid version so... idk >o<
On Day 5, there's an explicit warning that the scene while watching the beach episode is written in a way where we can't top. Will this be the case permanently? Because both pressing no and avoiding the choice by instead answering Moth's question earlier still lead to the same part about how we finished the latest AoG ep and watched theory videos, I opted for the latter (answering their question) in case because even if I pressed no, I was worried that the game would still register it as me having bottomed and later dialogue would reflect that.
I would love any clarification on this. Take your time answering and working on this game though. There's no rush :)
Honestly, I appreciate you including an option/semblance for us to top at all, though, which I have not seen other yandere games really do. ^w^
Thank you for the feedback! And I don't think it was rude at all, don't worry!! Seeing as I'm the only person working on 14DWY (and the DLC), this means I'm usually the only one who playtests everything as well. Some things will slip past me, so I really appreciate you taking the time to point them out and explain everything!! Otherwise, I'm sure I would've missed them entirely ^^;
When I have time to focus and prioritise the DLC again, I'll see what I can do about all the scenes involving Ren fingering a player who tops, the inconsistencies, and some of the wording/phrasing used!
And since you asked for clarification... Most of the scenes you mentioned were written with full penetration in mind (i.e. getting penetrated by Ren's private parts, as opposed to his fingers or tongue). I didn't want to exclude tops from this — since I know everyone has different preferences — but in hindsight, tops that don't mind getting fingered/stimulated could probably just choose the versatile option instead.
Alongside that, some scenes were written in a way that makes it difficult to turn into a top variation, as they would require me to rewrite everything from scratch — and such exclusivity wouldn't be fair for verse and bottom players. Some examples I can think of are the rainy alleyway scene in Day 2 (Ren isn't the type to use Angel for his own pleasure or shove their hands down his pants that early on in the game) and the couch scene in Day 5 (Angel is sitting in Ren's lap, which makes switching their positions difficult). If a bottom player wanted to be the one to rub their hands against Ren or have him sit in their lap, it wouldn't be fair to make them choose the top option just for that, y'know?? But also... I wouldn't want top players to feel like an afterthought, nor would I want to rewrite the 18+ scenes and have major discrepancies between the free and paid versions, as well as the position variations. I also have to factor in the perspective of tops/verses who use strap-ons vs their actual genitalia (and how differently they can be stimulated), and there's already a lot more going on that I'm worried that if I change one thing, it will become a problem for another.
Soooo yeah!! ^^; There's a whole bunch of stuff I need to factor in and keep track of from this DLC alone, so it's difficult for me to make major changes without having to restructure other things as well. Nevertheless, I truly appreciate you bringing this up and sharing your thoughts! It would've slipped past my notice otherwise ghjsjgj
Also... I know you're aware of this and have acknowledged it (thank you!!), but I do want to gently remind everyone else that the DLC is still a major WIP, as noted on the Itch page. I wouldn't want to mislead anyone, make them believe that the position variants are without fault, or give the impression that the current state of the top variant is final!
If anyone's stuck with the DLC, the creature has stressed that you have to delete everything and restart the game all the way from the start.
I deleted everything, and i mean EVERYTHING. Any existence of the game from my laptop by going into the files, searching 14dayswithyou, and deleting EVERYTHING. Then downloading the base game and DLC again, adding the DLC to the game file, and it worked.

I have a question. Does the DLC add new scenes to the game's main storyline, or does it add an additional storyline after the game ends? I see that the DLC is installed, but I'm not sure if I need to restart the game to play the DLC?
The free version restores the 18+ scenes that were originally found in the base game.
The paid version includes everything in the free version, as well as adding additional 18+ scenes and suggestive choices to the base game.
Neither adds any additional storyline after the game ends, as the base game is still a demo.

Loved the sliver of Teo content!!! But overall the additions of this DLC are amazing, so many parts in the game where I thought "I wish I could do this" that were now added in the DLC.

Cutie has already said that since this game is a NSFW game, cards associated with Visa or Mastercard(if i remember correctly) are not being accepted, so if someone wants to buy it, they have to use Paypal, hope this helps ^^

I have the same problem as you, but later I realized there's a folder inside the folder after I extract it. Try to check the folder you extracted the DLC from, if there's a folder inside a folder before you could see this image
Then, try to move the second folder to the game as instructed. Hope this helps, cause I can't explain well

Made an account just for this, but to the creator of this game: Is there a certain change in the way the game is formatted from the first version to this 5.5 version? Because for mobile users, there are ways to get around playing PC games—for example, using an emulator. However, for some reason with this update, that’s not possible anymore

i saw the video tutorial and did as shown but when i open the game it says No DLCs installed, can someone help? i extracted the dlc and placed it on the game file like the video but nothing happened :(
Did you make sure to download the most recent updated version of the base game?
Otherwise, perhaps you should try redownloading and reinstalling and see if that works.

if you bought the dlc then download the base game tis in the instructions then put the dlc files in the game folder at least thats what i did rn idk if it worked

Hii, so I bought the dlc, but when I unzip the game file, and place the dlc folder into the 'game' file (in the original game) it gives me the same error message, and I can't open the game :c (im on MacBook if this helps!)
Same error message as princessiiria below re: paying with card.I read your FAQ and understand that there's nothing to be done on the dev side of things but still, figured I would leave a comment for the sake of reporting the issue. I tried paying via PayPal as well, but I hadn't used my account in literal years and ran into what seems to be a common login bug-so no way for me to buy using this method either. D: Would you ever consider offering alternate payment options (ie Patreon store and etc.)? Or is that too much of a risk, financially or otherwise? I'll do more research and attempts on my end - hopefully something will stick. Hope this doesn't affect your sales too badly, as well.
This stings all the more that I was really happy to buy extra 14dwy content and support your work in some way... I don't know if you even remember considering how long it's been and how far you've come since (and honestly no shame if you don't) but waaaaay back then when you'd posted the first build and newly opened the game's tumblr there was an anon who left an overly long gushy post on Ren being such a unique and fascinating character whose characterization was unlike anything they'd seen in the genre or outside, and thanked you for him being so well-written. If that rings a bell: it was me, and I still stand by every word. <3 If it doesn't, know that this game is still my absolute favourite in its category, and although there are very few LIs in this genre I find myself being genuinely into, Ren has had my entire heart to this day (which may be a mistake, but oh well...). Thank you for every update you've published since, every extension and bugfix, and please keep doing what you're doing (as long as you also take care :))!

I normally filled my personal info and pressed proceed with the payment and it takes you to another page where you can click pay with credit or debit card under it. Then it takes you to another page where you just fill your email and then you just fill in the info of your card and you get the game. (at least, that worked for me :D)
@princessiiria as a reply im also from the netherlands sadly paypal doesnt support dutch credit cards like ing and abn were jut gonna have to wait till there comes a possible solution like cutie releasing it on steam but thats up to her (she cant do anyhting about the credit cards neither can itch io)
