The customer service is great. Everything is uncomplicated and fast. Detailed list of press releases. Quality of the text suggestion is good.
Only point that bothers is, that listed press releases on sites is not all exactly the same like in the advertisment and it is not a featured article overall. This does not mean that it is extremely bad but a little dissapointing in the summery.

Great team to work with, super fast work. They under promised but over performed I would say which is the best kind of service

Only thing I'll ask your team to work on is the "follow-up reminder". Being a Business owner, I tend to get busy and stacked with different documents to approve so I did forget to sign off on this for about 1 month from our initial conversation.
