I placed an order for a necklace. No confirmation email, no communication of any kind. I reached out multiple times with what appeared to be AI generated responses. They have my $29.99 that certainly cleared. They confirm that I have an order and my payment and some lame excuse that each piece is handmade and takes up to 5 days to process. Feel like I've been scammed. My last communication has yet to receive a response from them. I'd stay away. I will never purchase from them again.

So disappointed
So disappointed! The items I received were Dollar Store quality, and definitely not worth even with the 80% off discount. They look like they were made in China, not handcrafted as the site says. The dangling earrings didn't even come with the hooks attached! They were in a cheap plastic bag. I spent $90 for these for gifts and would return them if I had time to replace them. I hope someone reads this so they don't get scammed. I should have read reviews first
Follow up: When they did contact me it was the same nonsense as others have reported- since they are closing they can't take things back (even though it says 30 day money back guarantee). Was able to resolve through my credit card company who covers fraud.

This company is a scam do not order from them
I wrote a previous review when the item I ordered was never delivered and Carla‘s ‘support team’ would not respond to my emails. Amazingly after I wrote the negative review they responded and offered to send me out a replacement since I had a picture showing the delivery person’s ‘proof of delivery’ was only a picture taken from outside the building. It’s now been over two weeks since that email exchange - I have not received a replacement, I have not been provided a tracking number, and all of my follow up emails have been ignored. This company does not care about customer service there is no follow-through and they do not care if you ever receive what you ordered once you’ve given them your money. This company is a scam do not buy from them.
Of course they just responded to this review with the same automated response I got last time yet they haven’t responded to any of the emails I sent to customer care in the past 2+ weeks. I repeat this company is a scam.
