This app is a scam They have a library videos that they give out to everyone. they don’t even post or give you the videos you paid for and when you ask for a refund, they stop responding. Please avoid a headache and if you already got scammed, go submit a complaint with the Better Business Bureau to get these people investigated and shut down.

No customer service, no automated process at all, do not waist your money on this crap of service.

I am still learning how FacelessReels.com generates content. I currently have the $19/month package and have connected both my TikTok and YouTube accounts. I also created new TikTok and YouTube accounts specifically for this faceless series.

In the section where you describe your niche, I recommend ignoring their brief instructions and instead being very detailed about your storyline. Use most (or all) of the characters they provide so you can have more control over how the story unfolds. I also suggest using ChatGPT to help articulate your storyline clearly.

Once your first video is generated, you can view the next five videos in the series calendar and make changes to the storyline before each one is created if you don’t like the direction it’s going. It’s really about taking the time to learn how FacelessReels works and not becoming overwhelmed when things don’t go exactly as planned. You’ve invested your money, now invest the time to understand the platform.

FacelessReels automatically posted to my TikTok as promised. For YouTube, however, they recommended uploading manually since automatic posting does not perform well on new accounts. I followed that advice, and the video they generated stayed true to my storyline and is doing very well on YouTube, with views in the thousands and lots of likes. I’ve gained one subscriber so far, and since it’s been less than two days, I know that as I continue posting, the subscribers will come.

TikTok, on the other hand, hasn’t received any views yet, so we’ll see how it performs once the second video is generated.

Crap, poor content.

It’s a total scam!! They do not post to your account and now I’m trying to get in my account, the website has totally disappeared!! It’s no longer showing up on google anymore! Now I just have one reel and my hard earned money has gone down the drain! I’m so annoyed! The email I tried to send them came right back to me as undeliverable! I’m sure they’re going to pop back up under a new name with the same concept. That’s how these scammers work. Please be aware people.

I purchased access to this application and when I entered the prompt I wanted to create (key word was "cat"), it gave me a reel with a guy making money online surrounded by USD bills. ???
I asked for a refund because it's not what I had in mind, such an undevelopped application, and they refused to pay me back $19.
This is a fraud, I can's say anything else about them.

Not a AI , picks up a video from its big library adds a little bit ...but it's not AI if you cannot control what video to generate. Lost my $20 , they won't allow for a free trial as well

They don't give you your money back even though what they offer is complete dissapointment. Stay away from these people; they're not recommendable. I'm telling you this from a bad experience, and I'm warning you that you're going to be very disappointed. Don't go near these guys.

Scam , after creating an account w monthly billing and making one video , two days later they wanted me to sign up and pay again and create another profile . They had no profile for me or history of anything created or paid for when it had already came out of my account . They want you to continue to pay and give them access to all your social media yet, never answer any correspondence. Based in the Czech Republic. Don’t use this scam site

I am extremely upset and regret using this service. I spent $70, and not a single video ever posted. Not once. My first red flag was that the platform would not allow me to properly edit the videos or control how they turned out, despite advertising customization. After that, things only got worse — the videos simply never posted at all. I paid for a service that did not deliver what was promised. There was no meaningful support and no resolution. I feel like I completely wasted my money.
This experience was frustrating, misleading, and unacceptable. I would strongly warn anyone considering this platform to stay away unless you’re willing to risk losing your money.

I initially gotten a little ahead of myself and rated this company low, because I faced issues with their platform, and I wasn’t receiving any assistance. But, they ended up reaching out to me. They fixed my issue, and made everything right from there. Everything seems to be working just fine now.

I felt used and stupid.Guys stay away from these clowns.

I am enjoying it and the generated material. Especially if you don't always have time to develop individually created content.

This company is a scam just paid 39 pound and it hasn't even made one video. And they make the process of cancelling impossible. They dont answer any emails!!

Just a scam to take your money and then post a few times. They don't respond to contacting support and just ignore you. DON'T give these scammers your money.

I paid for an upgrade and never received the upgrade I paid for. despite numerous emails i sent out to them, they never got back to me. The site said they respond to emails within 24 hours, thats a big lie, they never respond within 24 hours. when they responded after 4 days to tell me my payment didnt go through, i sent them a screenshot of the payment that went through and since then it's been cricket silence from them. they have ignored all my emails. At this point i believe this facelessreel.com to be a scam. The customer service is horrible, unprofessional and outright very, very disappointing, I have buyers regret

Seems like a scam it popped some fake mobile driver page up like "your drivers on your phone are having an issue" type of bs.. if I was on PC it prob would have been hacked so heads up.

Wasn't what I expected at all 😔. Some of the videos did get good views but it wasn't the type of videos I was hoping for. I connected 3 social media pages and somehow 1 lost connection so it stopped posting to that page. Other than that it did post at the time I scheduled. This just wasn't the right service for me but it may be for someone else. I don't know the specific date but I signed up in September I believe.
