It’s unfortunate that the seller is using the President’s name to run what appears to be a fraudulent scheme. I ordered a custom watch as a Christmas gift for my husband, and a week after placing the order, I requested an update. All I received was a generic message saying the watch was being assembled. After a month with no progress, I followed up again and was told there were delays in obtaining parts and that the watch would ship soon, then there’s another email about it being assembled. Since I still have not received my order after a month with no guarantee when it would be shipped, I filed a case with PayPal. After their investigation, PayPal eventually ruled in my favor and issued a refund because the seller provided tracking info to PayPal that was invalid. Despite everything I went through, I’m actually relieved the order never arrived, especially after reading the reviews about the watch’s poor quality.

We are Trumpets, however the watch stopped working so we took it to a watch repair shop. They told us it couldn’t be repaired and to get your money back. There is no telephone number to call so my husband emailed them. They replied and said to take pictures and a video showing where the second hand stops. We did and replied to their email. We have not heard one word from them. This is a scam no doubt. About a month later.

My watch is no longer keeping time every night it stops and its been declining. They refused to replace it. I would expect them to stand behind their watch that I paid over $500 for didn't last a year. I would not buy any watch from them.

Have to manually wind our Trump Watches every day! Very frustrating. Do not recommend at $500 each!

I received this as a very kind and thoughtful gift, but it is an overpriced Seiko NH-35 TMI (Time Module Inc.) mechanism. Not anything wrong with that, but at twice the price, it is not worth it. The Seiko NH-35 requires a 55 turn rotation to initially get it going, after you unscrew the crown. But this one does not unscrew (not waterproof) and therefore there is no sensation of winding as in resistance. Three times since 11/25, I have missed the 55 number and it losses time on the bi-directional winder. A wonderful gift, but a waste of money for the giver.

Took about 6 months to receive the watch. But they immediately charged my credit card. Customer service is non existent. And now after owning the watch for 3 months and wearing it about 10 times, it stopped running. I have contacted support many times to exercise the 'warranty'. No word, no help. No number to even call. This watch makes Trump look like a Chump!!!!

Every message i sent to support first you almost immediately get a electronic automatic reply but then they reply personally in like a hour or less. They responded like this to everyone of my messages and i sent a lot. The watches are beautiful and even better than pics. I baught 3 and i don't regret one penny of my purchases. They came fast right to my front door. I was nervous when i saw a few bad reviews but my experience was A+ all around. Message them yourself they do respond just check your email in a hour or 2. I Love my watches and i love Donald J Trump. LONG LIVE THE KING!!!!!!! 🥳🥳🥳🥳🥳🥳

Beautiful watch, high quality and my husband loves it! It arrived on time and if you read about the watch...it stays running with movement! IGNORE the reviews that are SO negative...they are probably just TRUMP haters and didn't even order the watch!

I placed an order mid-December. Once you place your order you are on your own. weeks later, when checking on the order through "shop" app, it stated it was delivered that day. No it was not. I tried multiple emails to the customer service email asking for actual tracking to find out how it was shipped and try to find it, NOTHING. No answer and no phone # to call. I had to file a complaint in c/c company to try to get my money back since I never received the watch (Christmas present) and no one can tell me anything about it. SAVE THE HEADACHE. I have still not received a reply since my first email request for help on 12/22/25.

Received watch for Christmas. I have many auto winders and have many watches. This lost 1/2hr every 4 hrs. then stopped working all together. The second hand flops back and forth when you move your wrist. Filled out contact information form 3 times and no response. Then I see they want you to pay $35 handling fee for a warranty claim. What a rip off co. No contact phone number. Can't find anywhere where these are even made. I guess I was mistaken thinking that everything had to have country of origin on somewhere you can see it. BBB has No listing for them. I liked Trump but he should cancel letting them affiliate the watches to him. I've seen knock off China Rolexes that put these to shame. Wish my wife had looked for reviews before she purchased this junk. She could have gotten a some really nice watches for a lot less. Stay away from the Best watches on earth LLC

This First Ladies Almond, in my opinion, is really a man's watch. It is heavy! Way too heavy for an 84 year old wife and of course engraved where there is no possibility of return, My 92 year old husband was so proud of this gift and I am going to try and wear it some to please him after I get 4 or 5 links removed so it can stay on my wrist. Anyone who tries to pass this watch off as a ladies watch is a scammer. So very disappointed that I have to try and please him rather than enjoying what he thought would be a great gift. The President should not advertise these watches; it is beneath him and his standards.

This lovely gift is total garbage. It took two months to arrive. Company doesn't respond to emails. No phone number. No warranty. Watch is the wrong color. The case is super thick so it stands way up off your wrist and makes your wrist itch. The date doesn't work. It stops keeping time after about 7.5-8 hours. This is not an automatic watch as advertised. Lost over $500 on this watch! After purchase saw all the complaints and that all sales are final with some of these watches over $1,000! Instructions are full of typos and missing words. Arrived from a junk, they are trying to kill us. LOVE Trump, HATE this watch!

Very expensive watch that doesn't work. I bought the watch as a Christmas present for my husband and from day one it hasn't worked. The second hand is inoperable and one of the setting screws cannot be pulled out to set the time. A complete waste of $700!

My beautiful wife got me this for Christmas and I absolutely Love this timepiece! Don’t listen to the negative reviews, they are lies! This is a well made and quality piece of art! I own several high end watches and this is one of the best pieces I own. I will wear it proudly!
