AVOID - Chinese Drop Shipper
Poor quality handles shipped from China. Should have shipped with 2 screw lengths but only one sent which aren't long enough to go through existing doors and the thread pattern won't take a standard handle screw. Also, screw holes aren't central so the fitter said he wants an extra £225 if I can get correct screws because he will have to fit individually rather than use a handle jig. No response to emails from customer service. Literally a waste of money!

Well finished and looks good
I ordered these to match champagne bronze shower fixtures in a remodel. The images online made it hard to tell the difference between the satin brass and champagne bronze, but I was hopeful these would be more bronze in person.
They do not match the champagne bronze fixtures and are a satin brass finish. These do appeared dipped. They are a solid and attractive pull anyways.

I bought seven of these in total to replace handles on my kitchen cupboard doors. They were easy to fit, no drilling required, I don't have a drill. They look good on my white doors.

What a wonderful idea, don't know why I've never seen,nor heard, of adjustable handles before. Made such a difference to the drawers I upcylced. I've recommended to friends aswell. Love how it changed the entire look of my newly upcycled drawers

Bought this light as I liked the look…
Bought this light as I liked the look of it and also the reviews. Have to say it’s as good as everyone says, so beautiful and eye catching. It does take about an hour to put together but it’s worth it and if you didn’t have to do that yourself this light would cost so much more.

Perfect for my door
These handles are perfect for my barn door and were very easy to install. The back of the handles is flat, so they fit snugly against the wood, and they're also very easy to pull the door.

Very bad customer service
Very bad customer service. for 2 weeks they could not sent me my order. Finally I asked to cancel it, after that they immediately sent it. The product was not the size I need. I asked for a return address, I didn't receive any response with address, where I can send these items back. It is only lost of money!
Finally after several communications by email I received an answer that to return the order and receive my money back I have to sent this order not to an address in the UK ( where I bought these items), but to China, and the return shipping costs will be my responsibility. So I spent money for items which I cannot use and more of then I have to spend again quite the same amount to return it back faraway without any guarantees!!! Incredible bad service!

The handles I ordered took longer than I thought to arrive but I was kept in the loop throughout by Claire. They arrived this week and I love them. The colour is exactly as shown on the website, which is always a bit of a risk nowadays. Really can't wait to finish my utility room now to see them enhance my cupboards. I have given a four simply because of the time it took for delivery.

I bought three handles from their excellent selection in June 2024, and was very pleased with them. However one developed a manufacturing problem, this being 18 months after purchase. I contacted Goldenwarm by email and received an immediate reply offering to replace the item free of charge. Excellent customer service, and I wouldn’t hesitate to buy from them again.

Really disappointing
Really disappointing - when I ordered the handles from Goldenwarm, the website stated to allow around seven days for delivery. It is now seven days since I placed my order and I haven't even received any notification that they have been dispatched (sadly from China - never spotted this when i first ordered, unfortunately). No idea about the quality of the products as they have apparently not even been sent!

Not a good experience at all! Faulty handles, need to return and get refund.
Haven't had the best experience with this company. I thought the handles would be locally shipped but they came from China which took a little longer than expected. Having said that, they arrived and looked very different to the pictures, but what's worse is that the t-bar connection for each handle was loose. it is not a solid piece of brass. it is a screwed in piece of brass which on all 27 handles I ordered was loose despite me tightening them. i haven't connected them to the cupboards but if I did it would be a matter of time before they would all be lose and i'll be constantly taking the handles off to re-tighten them.
I reached out to customer services explaining how I wish to return the order and get a refund as these are all faulty. I was asked to provide a video, which I did and it clearly shows the issue.
I am yet to hear back from this company but feel I will be ignored.
Can't say I would recommend them and I'm weary of the "reviews" I have seen on their website. Not sure if they are real. If they are then perhaps it is my batch of handles which has the faults. Which is more reason why I want to return them and get a refund.
