Fantastic customer service

Fantastic customer service, they kept me updated throughout and quick dispatch. Very pleased with the chair and even emailed me following up checking everything was ok. I would definitely use them again

Great product, great company.

Great product, delivered incredibly quickly. Great comms from the company from the start. Pleasantly surprised to receive a follow-up e-mail the next day - a Saturday -enquiring about the delivery service.

The HomeFit Compact Cabinet to Standing Desk is perfect for our small box room - it allows us to have a functioning study - from my home working and my son's A-levels whilst still allowing us to press the room into service as a guest room. The desk folds away incredibly well. Perfect.

I would thorough recommend this company.

Absolutely love my iLohas Smart Standing Desk! Setup was simple, and the build quality is top-notch. It’s sturdy, sleek, and quiet during height adjustments. One of my favorite features is the companion app. Through the app, I can control the desk’s height, set reminders to stand, and save custom presets. All can be done from my phone. It even tracks my standing time, helping me stay more active during the day. The spacious surface easily holds my dual monitors and accessories, and the minimalist design fits perfectly in my home office. Since switching, my posture and energy levels have improved noticeably. This desk truly blends smart technology with ergonomic comfort. Highly recommended!

Above and Beyond Customer Service

I was in the market for a specific desk that is not stocked by many retailers and those that do are located either online or middle of nowhere. But, iLohas was able to organise a visit to the manufacturer's showroom with a representative (usually reserved for business customers) so that I can view the desk and take comfort in this purchase and investment.

Ellie was excellent at responding and being a great point of contact for any questions and she also took care of me when I wanted a particular colour. I highly recommend them for their service and products are competitively priced as well as an easy to navigate website.
