I can't thank moon smile enough ... from the 1st contact to my last visit they have been amazing , they have kept me updated with everything, they are all so friendly and caring, no question through wassap has ever been too much for them ( even though I was probably being a pain ) the clinic is amazing the treatment from start to finish has just been fantastic. I would highly recommend moon smile to anyone thinking of getting dental treatment done in turkey. I cannot thank Moon Smile Clinic enough!!!! They have not only given me my smile back but my confidence too!!! From start to finish, all the staff were both professional and friendly...would always reply with any queries we had via WhatsApp while in the UK! They ensured you were happy with the end result. Hotel and transfers to and from the airport and to the clinic....nothing was too much trouble!!!! If you thinking of getting your teeth done in Turkey I would definitely recommend Moon Smile!!!

Moon Smile Clinic were absolutely amazing from start to finish.
My treatment was in two phases. My wife had previously done over a year's research into dental treatment in Turkey. The clinic and staff are registered on the Turkish Health Board.
We were initially given a treatment plan without any scans etc. I had 4 implants and 24 Zirconium Crowns. 2 root canals, a sinus lift and a bone graft. On our first visit we got the most amazing scans and x-rays. The technology in Turkey is second to none. I ended up having one thing extra that wasn't in the initial plan, 1 extra implant.
The materials they used were also researched and found to be the best quality. I have a tooth passport with the materials and each individual crown/implant position.
Every member of staff were brilliant. Thorough, kind and attentive. I had to wait 6 months for my second visit and final treatment, this was so that the implants could integrate and my gum and jaw bone could heal.
I just returned home after this visit. Crowns placed over implants. I had 4 clinic visits for this treatment to absolutely ensure everything was as it should be. I had my bite checked, rechecked and checked again to make sure it was correct and that I was comfortable and happy.
Helin the co-ordinator was fabulous. Interpreted everything to us and vice versa to the clinicians and made certain that everything was clear between us all. We have been told that we are always welcome to go back for check ups and help or advice should we ever need it.
Both my wife and I are 5 star happy with Moon Smile.
We felt comfortable and happy from the initial contact, right through to the end of my journey.
We had so many questions before we even started and Moon Smile were able to put us at ease with each question and answer us with patience and knowledge.

I am happy I choose moon smile clinic. I liked the fact that I was given the lowest and highest price possibilities before I got there. I had my first visit in September and we decided my treatment plan - four implants, 2 canal treatments and 28 crowns. Therefore, had appointments with hotel -clinic transfers. I can’t fault anything - had great costumer experience, explanation to my questions. As I hadn’t had gap between teeth for as many crowns clinic refunded one crowns price. That was very honest from them as I didn’t realised it myself. On second visit in January I was given options to choose from for a hotel stay that really made me happy. On second visit I had crowns fitted on my implants and some crowns removed and changed + canal treatment done as I said it was sensitive - no extra payments. Future more, I had one tooth removed and implant fitted as we discussed as a best option. This gave me peace of mind as I know if something would not feel right I could turn to Moon smile clinic and they will make it right. Going back after 3/4 months to fit crowns on implants. And I have to mention I liked Moon smile clinics worker atmosphere - they have nice relationships between them like a big family.

I am so grateful for the entire Moon Smile team! They made the entire process so easy. They were there every step of the way from travel to the actual procedure. I am so glad I chose this clinic! I couldn’t be happier with my results!

I have just completed my work at Moon Smile Clinic. I am very happy with the results. I was having dental implants, all on 4 at top and some at the back on the bottom. All the staff are so friendly and professional and excellent at what they do. The clinic works like a well oiled machine. The transfers from airports and to an from the clinic were always punctual and well organised. The hotel used was perfect for me. Would highly recommend them to anyone considering any dental work

I had 4 on 4 for my treatment, bone graph and sinus lift. All done on my 1st visit in June 2025 had to wait 6 months for gums to heal and implants to settle. Second visit was January 2026 all was well and all went smoothly. Staff were fantastic and very nice to get along with. All were very helpful and couldn't do enough for you.
Especially Helin 🙏she was a star from start to finish.

I would like to confirm that I have found moon smile clinic to be THE BEST dentist that I have ever been to
After 18 months of researching different turkish dentists on line I came across moon smile clinic via a you tube presentation from a couple on watts occurring website about their experience with moon smile clinic.
I then booked myself in the end of June 25 to have all on 6 implants everyone was very informative and friendly when they dealt with me and my husband I did opt for mild sedation as I had to have additional bone grafts and sinus lifts. The procedure went well but I cannot say it was pain free although I was given various medication to deal with this
When I returned in January 2 of the implants failed in my upper jaw they gave me two options either they would replace the implants free but I would have to wait another 3 months or they could use the remaining 4 implant with an additional titanium bar for support and strength
I am extremely happy with the outcome
I must say that all the staff and colleagues of moon smile clinic are extremely kind and helpful in everything they do the premises are immaculate and they use all the up to date equipment
I want to thank Helin the interperator who helped immensely when I had issues with choosing colours and style of the teeth and also our driver samid who would do anything to make our stay as comfortable as possible

I started my journey in April 2025, the communication and information was amazing. I was asking silly questions (so I thought) but they were happy to answer! In June I arrived for my first treatment (the start of all on 4s) everything was easy and smooth sailing. Everything was explained to me and sorted.

I was able to return in October to get my finals and again everything went perfect. I was being fussy with the style I wanted and stuff and between me and then we came up with what I would say is perfect.

It’s now been 3 months since everything has been completed and I have had no issues, my confidence has gone through the roof, I now smile so much more!

I did my research beforehand and choose Moon Smile for my dental work. They were not the cheapest or the most expensive but with so many places with a bad rep I had to make sure I choose the right clinic. All the staff there are fantastic, Special thanks to Helin, Faruk and Berkay. Communication every step of the way was fantasic and always there to help with any questions along the way. I had 6 on 6 full implants with a sinus lift. The price I was originally quoted was what I paid over the course of the 2 visits, It didn't go up when I got there like it does at some clinics. My first visit was in June last year. 6 months to heal then had my finals fitted 2 weeks and everything was spot on. Very happy with the outcome and the work done. Highly recommended.

I would like to leave a massive thank you to MoonSmile and all of their staff who helped keep me informed while I was having my procedure. Everything from picks ups/drop offs at the hotel and explanations about what would be happening were phenomenal!

I attended Moon Smile Clinc while on holiday along with 2 other clinics. From that moment I knew Moon Smile was the right choice. I flew out 3rd Jan to start my treatment. I can’t fault the Moon Smile team in any way shape or form. Utterly transparent with treatment, options and costs. I knew from the initial visit Moon Smile was the place for me to go……The whole process from consultation, pick ups and drop offs was flawless. I’m actually looking forward to go back in April for the remainder of my treatment 2 crowns on implants. Nothing was too much trouble, they listened and advised accordingly. We have recently attended moon smile for our first visit . My husband is having all on 6 treatment so first visit was all teeth extracted and temps fitted . I had a sinus lift bone graft and root canals ready for crowns on our 2nd visit scheduled for June . So far we can’t fault the clinic . Communication re our treatment was excellent . The clinic is spotlessly clean . Hotel and daily transfers to clinic were great . Fingers crossed everything is a perfect on our second visit

I first visited moon smile in August and had all on 6 implants on both lower and upper jaws.
I had fixed temps put in and was told to come back after 3-4 months so I visited in January 2026 for my final set of permanent teeth
I arrived on the 4th and they did 3D scans and removed my temp teeth one of my implants had failed so they placed a new implant in at no extra cost.
I went back in the 5th and they placed a new set of temps in to see how they looked and then I choose the colour and style of teeth that I wanted
I had a few days to wait while they made my permanent set so I went back on the 8th and WOW finally I can smile again they look so good and feel great.
All I can say is if you thinking about getting you teeth done go to MoonSmile they are amazing everybody in the clinic are so nice they make you feel so comfortable.
It’s been just over a week now and I can eat anything with no issues

Wow!! What a fantastic experience so far with Moonsmile. We were really uncertain about what company to choose for my husband’s treatment but am so pleased to say we absolutely 100% made the right decision.

Our elder daughter accompanied her dad and they were treated with pure professionalism, the strategics of airport pick up, transfers and treatment times were all managed by Berkay who was always ahead of the game and set up a family watsapp group, so I could follow the whole process from home.

The accommodation was perfect and spacious and whilst my husband was getting his treatment my daughter enjoyed the facilities including an indoor pool and spa facilities. The food was great with everything available and special consideration for those that me be experiencing a little sensitivity from treatment - so soft food options.

My husband had implants and teeth shaving for crowns and bridges. And our daughter had her teeth whitened. All necessary medications are provided to reduce risk of infection and for pain relief which to be honest was not as bad as he was expecting. And after about 4 days had subsided.

The Prosthodontist Ozden and all the team at the treatment centre are amazing, they made them very welcome, ensured that he had a clear understanding of the process and even spoke to me at home when my husband video called from the centre to discuss the best size, shape and colour for the final outcome.

Although we are only at initial stage and he is to return for finals in 4-6 months, he was provided with a temporary set which look perfect for the interim, as well as retainer's for overnight.

I can honestly say that from our initial meeting with Moonsmile they have been nothing but honest, open and professional. We met some of the team when they came to Birmingham and from thereafter all communications ran smoothly.

I would wholeheartedly recommend this company from the service we have received from them so far and can’t wait to see the final results- which based on the temps he has been provided with, I reacon is going to amazing.

WHAT CAN I SAY ABOUT MOON SMILE CLINIC ?
After months of research on Dental Clinics which I found all consuming, like many I'm sure, and at times frustrating to my Partner which I understood, but I couldn't rest until I'd reached a decision and was as sure as I could be that I'd made the right choice and rightly so with such a huge decision to make and literally hundreds of Dental Clinics in Antalya Turkey. I read reviews both here and Google as well as joining many Facebook groups focussing on Dental treatments and Clinics. I wasn't happy with trusting reviews both here or anywhere so decided to contact patients on Facebook who had actually used Moon Smile Clinic and spoke to them directly on the phone with some conversations lasting an hour or more... This gave me so much more confidence that I'd made the right choice.
I sent X-Rays from the UK and all my dental records to my fabulous Coordinator Berkay who soon confirmed a treatment plan and a cost including or course a choice of Hotels..
The day of my flight .... Still nervous and worried I'd made the right choice... Arrived and picked up at the Airport in one of Moon Smiles fabulous vehicles.. I already felt like a Rock Star but would I be treated like one ? Night before treatment didn't sleep a wink with a thousand thoughts going through my head.. Had I made the right decision ?
Day 1.. Picked up from my Hotel in my personal Rock Star Limo... Arrived to the warmest welcome by all in reception and that helped ease my concerns which of course I still had... Coffee was great so sat and filled in pages of forms mainly focussed on health and wellbeing .. My confidence was rising....
I could go on forever about my treatment but I'm sure many haven't got this far... Day 1 surpassed my expectations of what would happen ( based on my homework) extremely thorough in every way and most important to me i was informed by the fabulous Berkay exactly what the next step was... Day1 after 3D x-rays i was told I needed a root canal which my UK dentist had not picked up on ( No surprise there ha ha ) ... Took my seat in the Chair of Doom, or so I thought ( I hate dentist appointments and would rather have a Hip replacement,( I had 2 three years ago ) and here we go ... A Numbing spray before injections made it easier as they're my biggest fear ( Man up Tony ha ha ) then followed 5 extractions, 6 implants, a sinus lift ( still not sure what that is ) and a root canal and 18 teeth shaved for my crowns... Not a bit of pain or discomfort which came as a big but pleasant surprise... Day 1 done... Not 1 painkiller needed although provided by the Clinic ...Back to the Hotel for soft food and sleep which came easily... Day 2 Temp crowns fitted, Moon Smile weren't happy so took me back to the Hotel for 3 hours while they made a second set... They were perfect and both parties were happy so that meant a day off on Day 3 to get used to my new plastic smile although they looked amazing and i would have happily gone home with them... Day 4 in for final fitting of my new permanent crowns.... Took about 60 mins and when i stood up to check I asked Berkay if many people cried.. he said yes... I told him I'm a tough guy and wouldn't cry ... left the clinic and walked down the street sat on a wall and looked at my new smile in a shop window and cried like a baby for a minute... I'm not really emotional but this was the best feeling ever and I couldn't have been happier... soon stopped crying and then couldn't stop smiling at strangers in the street ha ha.. Back to the Hotel and spent 30 mins staring at the new me in the mirror and yes shed another tear of pure joy and happiness... Day 5 was a day off and as I was flying the following morning I wanted to get a final sign off so called Berkay who arranged a pick up and back to the clinic for the surgeon to sign me off for 6 months to return to have my implants crowned in June 2026... That was a nice touch and made me confident to fly home the following day... Along the way I met many people who had also chosen Moon Smile Clinic and heard the same positive comments from everyone ... and some at other clinics who weren't as positive about their chosen clinic...
So to wrap up this first review ( I'll post again after my finals in June when my 6 implants are crowned all at the back of my mouth )

Service and communication was on top, everything was on time( including pick and drop times ), the clinic staff was great. On the first visit I could upgrade my accommodation to all inclusive because I was travelling with family, worked up much cheaper then if I would book separately. The dental services was great, no issues yet. I done my finals on 20th December everything gone well.
