Rachel Carreer Fantastic Customer Service!
Rachel Carreer dealt with my concerns over a customer service issue amazingly well, with professionalism, empathy and super efficiency. Rachel took the time to listen to my experience and sense of a difficult situation, completed her investigation and fed back to me when she said she would. She also went the extra mile during this process and asked me what else I was working on with Peninsula currently - I described these areas of work and Rachel has given me a named contact for each (including herself). I can't thank Rachel enough for listening, acting on issues and planning next steps for our organisation. I am delighted with the service Rachel has provided me with :o)

I had the pleasure of working with Natasha Nicholson regarding a litigation matter. Natasha has been professional, knowledgeable, and incredibly supportive throughout the entire process.
She communicated clearly at every stage, kept me informed, and always took the time to explain things in a way that was easy to understand. Her attention to detail, responsiveness, and calm, reassuring approach made what could have been a stressful situation feel much more manageable.

HSE Visit
For the past three years, we have worked with Gary Pearson from Peninsula to carry out our health and safety audits. Yesterday, we received a visit from the HSE and were fully prepared with all the information they requested. Without Gary’s ongoing support and guidance over the last few years, we would not have been in such a strong position for this inspection.
I highly recommend Peninsula, especially Gary Pearson, for their professionalism and expertise.

Muhammad dealt with a grievance on our behalf. He was very helpful and calm. He adapted to the needs of the person making the grievance to ensure they were accommodated.
