Nettoyeur HP en plastique de mauvaise qualité. Il est leger avec des pieces uniquement en plastique. On pourrait croire qu'on utilise un jouet! J'attends de voir dans le tps .

L'outil est arrivé défectueux. Impossible d'insérer les petits outils dans le mandrin . Après 8 jours de négociations avec le service technique RYOBI m'e renvoie un nouvel appareil. Merci Ryobi. AB

Site peut parfois trompé le visiteur lors de sa visite, en laissant des produit offert et en les transformant en payant parce que vous retirer un produit. J'ai pourtant payé plus de 200 euros pour une batterie. Réponse du service commercial: ce n'est pas notre problème. Il vaut mieux alors changer de fournisseur.

Prix intéressant quand on attend les offres. Par contre, il y a des objets sans prix qui ne sont pas achetables, alors pourquoi les faire paraître ⁉️

My son got me the weed eater as a gift battery combo from Home Depot this Christmas. I went to put the weed eater together and the screws for the grass deflector were missing from the box. Contacted ryobi only to be told to send them a copy of the receipt. I told them it was a gift and they offered no help only to be told again to send a copy of the receipt. Poor company if there is a problem you will just get the run around from customer support. I have over 15 emails and every email you get you get a new support person that never solves the problem! They don’t honor their warranty! All lies! You will get one email a day for over two weeks trying to get you to give up! They don’t stand behind their products! Just a poor company with cheap tools! Never again will I buy any of their products! They make you feel like you’re trying to cheat them out of 4 screws what a sad and poor company!

We use several Ryobi 40V tools in our home, including the electric lawn mower, leaf blower, and weed trimmer. The blower and trimmer have been great — they’re easy to use, have plenty of power for normal yard work, and are convenient compared to gas tools.

The lawn mower, however, has been a letdown. It struggles more than expected and doesn’t handle thicker grass very well, which means it takes more passes and more time to get the job done.

Overall Ryobi has some really good cordless tools, but the mower hasn’t lived up to the same standard as the rest of the lineup.

La commande a été livré en deux parties. Le relais ne m'en remis qu'un seul. L'autre est reparti et aucune nouvelle de ma réclamation auprès de ryobi

Au départ j'ai commandé un taille-haies 36v sans batterie (car j'en ai déjà deux) sur le site de RYOBI FRANCE, en cadeau il y avait un petit aspirateur 18V sans batterie (dont j'en ai également deux). Cet aspirateur est très puissant en 18V. En plus commandé le 29/12, livré le 30/12. BRAVO

bonjour il devrait avoir un espace clair pour pouvoir aussi commande par virement.

Retour du colis non ouvert suite à une erreur dans ma commande. Service client pas à la hauteur, attente très longue pour des réponses par mail. Très compliqué pour obtenir le remboursement. Commande du 16/12/25, livraison très rapide le 18/12/25, colis non ouvert, étiquette de retour reçue seulement le 22/12/25, dépôt du colis le 22/12/2025 dans un relay DPD, Remboursement seulement le 03/01/2026

I received a Ryobi table top drill press for Christmas. Assembly was quick and easy, size is just right. I look forward to many years of good use of this piece of equipment.
