It’s not a scam the postage system just sucks. Mine arrived in the UK absolutely fine and within 2 weeks. It’s not as glossy as advertised but it is transfer proof, the stain lasts all day for me but the gloss goes quickly. But I like it!

They took more or less a couple of weeks to arrive, but it's quite normal for international shipping. The products arrived and are exactly as I ordered. I just swatched them and seems that they are exactly as promised, but I will test it.

I purchased Time Phoria lip stain after seeing many influencers use this product on various platforms. I was very excited to try it and was quickly disappointed. I had to reapply this product three times throughout the day. It did not stain my lips and it didn’t last longer than an hour on. I was very disappointed.

The items took 2-3 weeks to arrive, and although shipping updates were provided, they provided very limited detail as to shipment progress.

I ordered 2 stellar dust lip stains. The colours are pretty, but I think they are pinker that the colours advertised. The finish is like a glossy satin and the formula is not drying.

The product doesn't stain and I find it isn't long wear. Mine is gone after about an hour.

Have ordered twice from here with no real issues. Was influenced by social media to purchase their velvet lip products.

Shades are pretty accurate, good longevity.
The only annoying thing is they don’t offer an option to return (unopened) items even though I explained there was a technical issue when ordering.

Tracking initially doesn’t show up despite their link. However, once it reaches uk courier (Evri), then I always get updates on delivery.

Unfortunately, I fell for the scam. Saw a bunch of make up influencers trying out the product and normally I know to do reviews first, but I clicked and shipped. Unfortunately did not use PayPal this time so I’ve lost my money. The day after I ordered, they sent me a tracking number with no actual link. And the page doesn’t exist.

Fraud!!!!

Do NOT buy from this company!!! Like many others I had fallen victim to numerous influencers promoting this brand, and though the item 'apparently' made it to the UK but was lost by Evri (of course), my attempts to contact their customer service has been futile.

I have received responses via email but it has been the same thing each time for nearly a MONTH (1st contact 4th Jan, last contact 4 days ago), in which they have been repeatedly telling me they are investigating my order and will get back to me soon, even though I had already forwarded my email correspondence with Evri clearly stating the parcel was lost!

I have now opened a dispute with my bank and hope to get the money back, but please don't fall victim to this SCAM of a brand!

Product arrived without any issues, I had full tracking updates. Nice product but only lasts about an hour.

Bought Timephoria Stellar Dust Lipstain 03 Luxia for pink stain. What I received was nothing like the pink in their picture: more a light purple grape colour, even before application. No resemblance to pink once applied. Didn't last for even an hour's car drive to a function. It was a patchy stain at best after the hour and I had no drink or food! (Exfoliated lips before I applied stain and had no skin products on lips before applying). Crap product. Extremely disappointed particularly given prominent "influencer's" rave reviews. Lesson learned.

I wish I’d checked the reviews here before trusting an ad from Nikkitutorials - now after over a month with no delivery and no updates they sent me a generic looking link with delivery update history claiming it’s been delivered 20 days ago

Zou een paar dagen geleden bezorgd moeten zijn in "een DHL locker" volgens hun vage trackingsite. Waar die locker is en welke code ik moet gebruiken? Geen flauw idee. Geen reactie op mail. Gelukkig via Klarna betaald.

Verzending duurde wat lang maar verder prima ervaring. Goede kwaliteit lippenstiften.

Unfortunately I also got into this scam. Hard to believe with all the heavy advertisement in Instagram.. but that’s what it is.. ordered on 5th of December 3 lipglosses . No real tracking number… no responses . They supposed to be gifts for my girlfriends for Christmas

It's a scam, full stop. No change of order status, the tracking number does not exist. They then send you a fake tracking link where it shows as delivered. When you ask them of Last Mile Courier and local tracking number, no reply. Definitely a scam!

I saw a TimePhoria lipstain review on Instagram from a very reputable influencer. I ordered it online on the 8th of December. Today is the 17th and I've still not received any emails correspondence to say it's been shipped. I've now googled and found there are many others who have had issues with this company. I hope I didn't just get scammed out of $80.

Never give them an order. I ordered and it's been 3 weeks nothing turned up.

Submitted my order on Nov 28, 2025. It's now Dec 11 and my order is still showing unfulfilled on Time Phoria online account. Sent 2 follow up emails and their customer service rep kept on saying they will respond to me but never did. I finally asked for refund and cancel my order but they never acknowledged my request. Very angry and disappointed. DO NOT buy from Time Phoria! They are scammers!

Dec 23, 2025: finally received my order but the lip stains do not stay on for more than a few minutes and comes right off with eating and drinking. DO NOT buy time phoria, they are a complete scam with false advertisement!

I made an order at timephoria. Payed my bill and then…..nothing. Absolutely nothing. No emails back. Not a conversation on the chat. Just ignored. Such a poor service. Rubbish
