I have been buying glasses for years from them. The customer service is great and over the more than 15 years that I’ve been purchasing from them. I’ve only had one mistake, which was rapidly corrected.

Very helpful staff with eyeglasses as great price. They also were willing to read my broken glass frame lenses so I didn't have to go to an optometrist to get new lenses.

Able to get new lenses using my own frames is a game changer! I need progressive lenses for a pretty strong prescription and my preferred frames are very thin and light; they had lenses that fit just right.

Loved the tech who called to check on my Pupillary Distance. One nosepad and screw must have come loose in the case. It was an easy repair by my local WM where I bought the frames. Very Happy with my new lenses and my experience with Eyeglassdirect. Will be ordering again.

EyeglassDirect provides terrific service at low prices. Randy spent time with me on the phone making sure I was ordering the right lenses, even advising me that 1.67 progressive lenses would provide better vision than the more expensive 1.74 lenses I was considering. He called after he got my frames to check a discrepancy in PD distances. And he had no problem replacing the lenses on my Mykita frames, which require special tools before there are no screws in the frames.

My glasses are perfect and it's so easy to have a conversation them. I've ordered several pairs and they come back every time correct.

I was happy with the turnaround time and the prescription.

However, I was not happy with three very fine scratches on the new lens. I think they may have come from the returned lenses that were placed inside the case with the new glasses. Luckily, they aren't in my field of view, but they still shouldn't have been there.
Also, it would be nice if the transition lenes would come in more choices. Only gray and brown are available.

I found the service and quality extremely high and very professional. I made three pairs of glasses over the last six months and I am very happy with the service. And I love my new glasses.
