A Hello Fresh rep showed up in the dark at 8pm, banged on our door and then rang the bell to try and sell a subscription. He startled my wife when she answered the door, standing off to the side in the dark. We will never order another hello fresh subscription.

At first it was great but then our order was missing the main ingredients and the credit did not cover the cost of replacing it plus it was inconvenient which was the reason I started ordering. It was happening more than once. Late delivery this week. Hoping it improves because we enjoy the recipes.

Produce has not been coming fresh and spoiled. One of the chicken meals the chicken was all bruised and bloody

the food and recipes are fine, but I dont need them for a while. Please stop delivery for a while

I like most of the food. I was frustrated that I didn't get to choose the second week of meals, I would have appreciated an email that it was time to select them.

The food was as described. Easy to prepare and delicious.

Food has been good. An egg was forgotten in one of the bags though.

I never have to worry about what’s for dinner, or is it healthy. The portions are reasonable, everything fresh, good cuts of meat. It’s a bit expensive but if you had to go out and buy all the ingredients you may never use again it’s a waste so with hello fresh much less waste I have tried food I would never have tried before and was pleasantly surprised, so my tastes are expanding. My grandson who has been introduced to solid foods has loved almost everything that I’ve cooked with Hello fresh.

Flavor
I originally started off with Hello Fresh and found it labor intense because I never cook for myself before , and it took me longer than I thought so I decided to try meals made up for you from Heart to Home and that was totally tasteless so I then went to Sauté and that was just as bad. So went back to Hello Fresh because of the flavour and the taste and I am much more efficient at prep the meals and the place is very efficient at delivery . So hello Fresh walked away from it competition . Faisal

We've been customers of Hello Fresh for 2 years now. We enjoy the tasty recipes, the fresh ingredients and the flexibility of ordering.if we are away for a week or two, it's easy to make changes to accommodate our travel schedule.

Great instructions. Good fresh vegetables. Delicious recipes.

False advertisement and they said 50% off the first box but that never happened, I payed $79 for two meals and they say thats cheap well no thanks

Potato’s had a large moldy brown patch and the steak had leaked blood all over the contents of the box which was gross

Many of the potato’s I’ve gotten have had big brown moldy spots on them which is disappointing. I expect some scabs. The steak package had leaked blood all over the inside of the box. All of the other packages needed to be rinsed off which wasn’t fun.

My son & daughter are very picky eaters because of texture mostly. I noticed a huge difference with out first box they were engaged with helping make the food and willing to try it afterwards, even if they didnt love love it they liked it enough to become full. That is a lot in my book I can spend all day cooking just for them to not eat it, but this they will. I will be getting more boxes because it benefits my kids.

Great customer support when you call, don't use the chat feature, it's ai and completely useless.

First order! Didn't want to go grocery shopping every 3 days for meal ideas, figured this would be great.
Nope, first off, late delivery, sitting on a truck somewhere. "Guarenteed to be fresh, is on a truck, may show up before 8pm so don't worry"
...meanwhile shows "delivery not attempted" - fine, whatever, so it shows up 10 something am next day, great. Bring it inside immediately (mind you we are in CANADA and this winter has been horrible), and load my brown bags with recipe cards into fridge. Fine. whatever, so now 5:30pm I pull out tacos for the night.
Nope, all the veggies are rotten. All completely frozen then thawed from sitting on some delivery truck overnight..
This was our first fricken box. I was so absolutely insanely livid, two nights in a row I had to send the half out for dinner supplies because I was about to cause world war 3 over dinner being incomplete 2 days in a row.

If I have to cook, then I might as well go do it myself. Whatever "services" you have for making things "easier" at your PRICES for convenience and "portions", omg everyone just go shopping and fricken meal prep. This was such a nightmare. I hate this service.
