Honestly didn’t expect the embroidery to be THIS accurate. They even captured the little tilt my cat always does in photos. Super impressed!

I bought this for my husband and he literally wears it every weekend. The embroidery of our German Shepherd looks spot-on. The quality feels premium.

The details are crazy good. They even embroidered the little freckles around my beagle’s nose. Didn’t expect that level of accuracy. Highly recommending to all my friends.

Complete bait/switch scam. Company lied about being produced in China. Sweatshirt quality is very thin and cheap. Product looked nothing like my pet. They gave her two different colored ears and had some odd random lumps of thread in her neck area, along with some of the thread being loose. Shipping guarantee means nothing. You will get it when you get it.

This is my second order because my mom loved mine so much! Their customer service is super responsive and helped me adjust my photo for the best result. The final product was flawless.

This was a memorial gift for my sister after her dog passed away. She cried when she saw it. The embroidery looked just like her pup. Thank you for creating something so meaningful.

My order came earlier than expected. I sent in a picture of my husky, and they captured his fluffy fur perfectly. Got a ton of compliments at work!

The website and tracking weren’t the best and felt a bit unreliable, which was initially disheartening. That said, the jacket did arrive safely, and we’re really happy with it. The quality is good, and it’s a lovely jacket overall.

Wasn’t sure what to expect, but WOW. The embroidery looks even better in person. I love that the sweatshirt isn’t too thick but still super cozy. I’ve already washed it twice and it still looks brand new.

Zero stars. Masterful false advertising with beautiful website & fake reviews. Ordered sweat shirt & T-shirt on Dec 5 with promise of delivery before Christmas. Shipment arrived Jan 8, 2026. Ultra-cheap thin material, smaller image & lettering than advertised, horrible rendering of my pet. Made in China and shipped from China (kept secret). No wonder it took so long to arrive. They sell useless Seel insurance for $2+ that supposedly protects in the event of prolonged shipping delay, damage to product, or faulty product. Tried filing a claim online with Seel, and was asked for my bank routing & account number. NO way! Tried one week later and only option was a $5 refund. Called the company's Canada phone number and it rings incessantly no matter that time I called. Emailed customer service six times; they offered 10-20% price adjustment. They refused to give me refund, and refused to provide address for me to return the merchandise. Don't want the shirts, as they are total junk. What a scam. Don't believe the 5-star reviews, as they MUST BE bogus!

The concept is a custom-embroidery of your pet. I ordered 4 different pieces, two of same picture. These both came out different in tone, size, and shape. The other two are not custom looking, but rather emoji looking with some very basic colorization. The quality of the product fabric is also a shiny polyester. Not what you think of in a sweatshirt. I want a refund. They offered to refund 10% of order value. Then 20% or I could return to ship to China at my cost. Or they could remake the products.

Don't order from this company. Poor product and terrible customer satisfaction.

DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS PLce. It takes 4 weeks to recieve an item.
I am still waiting for an item I ordered on Dec 6th . All they tell me 4.5 weeks later that the logistics shipping end is yet to give them an answer after numerous emails of me asking where my 3rd item is. This was supposed to be a Christmas gift.

Ordered a shirt embroidered for my granddaughter early Dec. to date January mid month it still has not been delivered
I have spent an extreme amount of time tracking this gift with the company
They are asking for pictures and written confirmation from the post office. The gift was for my granddaughter who lives in North Carolina. I live in Georgia. My daughter stays bedridden with her cancer and can’t physically complete such an extreme request.
In addition they are only offering a 75% refund or replacement
This has been a very time consuming frustrating experience when the intent was for it to be a gift for Christmas that brought a spark of joy

Ordered sweater nd they gave me tracking number to shady looking website. The package was never attempted to ve delivered. Then they refused to refund my order.

Same experience as the others on here. DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY with these crooks. I ordered a Xmas gift on 12/1. I was never contacted to approve artwork and as it got closer to xmas, I tried to find out where my order was. All I could get (& continue to get) is the runaround "in transit" BS. I am not even sure I was communicating with a human--maybe a bot. They kept offering me 10% off. I tried explaining to them that it was going to a different address and not to me and that the recipient was no longer there as it is now well past xmas. I demanded a full refund and no response. When I get my credit card statement, I am going to dispute the payment. Terrible customer service--scam company.

I placed an order 5 sweatshirts with 1-3 pets on each one. Most of them turned out fine, but I did have concerns with one of them and how the situation was handled: 1) I requested a white font for the “EST 2009” and it was done in pink, which is hard to read and not what I asked for.
2) The dog was done in beige, when in fact, the photo I submitted shows that he is mostly white, with black patches on the nose and ears. I am confused why they were done in beige, and don’t think they look like my friend’s pet because of this. I reached out to customer service, and while they were apologetic of the mistakes, their initial solution was to resend another one and charge me $15 for deliver.... Not cool to request the customer to pay for their mistakes! In the end I just got a $12 refund (without getting a replacement). After paying $75 for that sweatshirt, I am not impressed.

Shipping took a while but when the jacket came it made it worth it it looked great. For only 45$ it was fine just be ready to wait at least a few weeks

I ordered on Dec.2. It still has not arrived and the tracking says it has been sitting in Wood Dale, IL for over 2 weeks. This company needs to be reported the Better Business Bureau.

Ordered December 5th. All PLC can say is it has been shipped yet according to the tracking ID the shipper hasn’t received the package yet. When i contact PLC all they say is it has been shipped. The shipper website is useless. I will never order another thing from them again.
