Amazing service helping repair a damaged bed frame during a move. They sent someone out to make the repair for free. Above and beyond

They sold me a ticket for a different date than ordered. And wont refund/return. After a long effort to get ahold of customer service, I was told the date had been changed (but the purchase and delivery of the date of the tickets was all the same day as the event. The purchase date didn't match the ticket day at delivery). They would not help me with a refund and refused to allow me to talk to anyone else or try to elevate the request. Extremely frustrating.

The app didn't work and couldn't give accurate reservation times or edits. Additionally it quoted a lower price at booking due to the app error then charged me an additional amount without telling me. Very frustrating

The host and car we're nice though.

Good experience. Rules not explained clearly. Expensive penalty
