Excellent customer service and good price deals

Stan provided prompt, courteous response to all of my inquiries. Clear flight options relevant to my request, with better flight prices than I could get on my own. Easy to follow instructions for booking. Helpful tips and explanations.

Company does not take responsibility for their errors

The agent mispelled our names when booking the tickets, although we had provided the correct information in writing. As a result of the error, the tickets had to be cancelled and if rebooked would have cost us an extra $3600.00. People make mistakes but the company took no responsibility for their error. That's why I'll never deal with AranGrant again.

I have shopped at Boden for years for both women's and children's clothing. Their clothes have always been good quality and their free-shipping/free-return policy has made purchasing so much easier, although it's not often that I have to return an item. I love their colorful, unique designs.

All of the various products I've…

All of the various products I've purchased from LilySilk (men's silk pajamas, boxers, women's blouses) have been well made and the fabrics good quality. They have a better selection of designs in silk clothing than any other company I've seen, with some unique and beautiful designs, particularly the Mika Ninagawa shirts. I also appreciate their use of recyclable packaging, their excellent customer service and the free silk pillowcase that came with several of my orders.

The silk of the pajama bottoms is thin…

The silk of the pajama bottoms is thin and stiff - not what I was expecting. Delivery, color and packaging were all excellent.

Hanna Andersson used to be so good to …

Hanna Andersson used to be so good to deal with - prompt customer service, great products, good website, reasonable shipping times. Now there is no customer service, and the website is time-consuming and frustrating to navigate, shipping times are long. What happened - change of management or financial troubles?! The only good thing still are the products. Hanna please fix your problems before you lose all your customers! That would be a big loss to us!
