Honestly, I had such a great experience with this PR agency. From the very first message, they were courteous, personable, and incredibly responsive the kind of service that instantly makes you feel supported (and not like you’re chasing people for updates). As a newbie in the business space, they gave my brand a real boost , visibility and credibility

They offered great value, worked efficiently, and delivered high-quality work with real attention to detail. It was genuinely a pleasure working with them, and I’ll absolutely be coming back for future PR support. Highly recommend!

I had issues with my parcel delivery on3 occasions. Today I proactively contacted the customer service to prevent the issues by asking if the driver can call me when he arrives and help on where I can upload a photo of my house as its an urgent parcel. The agent had a very strong Indian accent and spoke very fast. I told him my property is a new build and that postcodes sometimes do not match. DPD has been here several times, and I thought it might be useful to provide the driver with more information. Instead, he said bye and dropped the phone on me. I gave him a rating of 1 on the call. I have rarely received such abmysmal level of service. I rang back and the agent that answered was curteous and apologised for the previous agent. I speak to people from varrious backgrounds but I have to slow down and be empathetic as not everyone can easily understand especially whilst communicating over the phone and not in person.The DPD driver that comes to my area is very curteous and respectful and we have exchanged laughs so not sure why the level of courtesy is not extended especially when you are calling customer service

The most terrible experience I have ever had with a company. Ordered a set of beds and I was given a delivery date. I needed the beds urgently as I was expecting out of town guests and had payed and organised for a handyman to install the beds. Dusk delivered the items in piecemeal of almost 8 different batches without the beds.

I paid for a 2 man delivery to deliver the heavy items but the 2 man delivery came with very light items wasting the reason I ordered the service to begin with.

I messaged to find out what was going on. At this point, I had sent over 10 emails as there is no phone to call. Only to then be told that the items I ordered were out of stock Ando their website did not reelect this when I ordered and I need to wait an additional 6 weeks which did not work for me.

I decided to cancel the order and place another order with a different company. However, Dusk delivery company has now emailed that they will be delivering large items in the next couple of days.

I have emailed so many times. No concrete answer. No refund for over 10 days and a random delivery arriving of God knows what.

This has been my most stressful interaction with any brand and I will continue so tell people to stay away from this brand as their service is abysmal and appalling leaving me in a fix by paying for the same items multiple times and services that are unused adding significantly to my cost

Smooth process to pick up and drop off the vehicle. Clear communication before and after the trip. Accommodated my change in plans at the end of the trip. Clean vehicle and drove really nice. Enjoyed the driving experience and would recommend for sure anytime
