I am repeatedly getting charged for one way transfers- which we do not offer, never have, never will. My preferences have always stated that we need to charge at least 3 hours minimum. When I follow the process to deny the job and request refunds- at least half the time I am denied refunds. This is unethical, unprofessional and illegal. I have spent several thousand dollars per year on legitamite Thumbtack leads since 2019 and deserve this serious issue is rectified immediately by upper management. I will not purchase any more Thumbtack leads until then.

Have purchased thousands of leads from Bark.com for over 5 years, the last 2 years as an Elite Pro. I would not recommend it to anyone and will not spend extra for this feature. I was overcharged over 2 weeks ago. All they did was ignore my numerous calls, & emails and waste my time. After numerous attempts, I received an email stating they would reimburse me the $220- but they wanted me to spend $55 on more leads, which I did immediately and sent in copy of new purchase. Its now been over 1 week, and still no promised refund of the fraudulent charge. If I dont get it today, I will discontinue use of Bark, and will dispute all charges. Their actions are reckless, and I will not tolerate it much longer.

Employee Christian Gonzalez is very pushy, then when u submit required docs, drops the ball for 5 days, is rude and does not accept responsibility. Then wastes more time asking about competitors. Definitely, not reccommended, lack of follow up and lack of profesionalism- I will not tolerate.

BEWARE...do NOT trust these people! Biggest rip-off ever! If your business sales drops even 50%, they dont care, they still want the same amount of $ even though contracts state there is relief available. Plus, even worse- they will tack on "default fees up to $2500". NOT RECOMMENDED, HOPE THEY GET SUED & GO BANKRUPT, BUNCH OF CROOKS.

Unfair & deceptive advertising and billing practices from Thumbtack constantly. If you read all the recurring comments by Pros- you will see very negative reviews on Thumbtack. Their lack of professionalism, and ethics will no doubt lead to more unhappy client leaving the platform & the basis for a successful class action lawsuit.
