beingatoaster asked:
I'm most curious about Tempus Fugitive or You’re telling me a dew dipped this shrimp?
Tempus Fugitive
The title was originally from a color palette generator, and I quickly thought about Lisa’s constellation the moment I saw it. Basically, Lisa dabbles into vigilantism by hanging out with Mondstadt’s shady trio (Kaeya, Rosaria, Diluc)
A little snippet of my work:
“I tried calling him, but he kept running away from me, so I perhaps… shocked him a little.” Lisa shoots a pitying look at the Fatui on the grass. “I may have went a little overboard with it though.”
Overboard?
Minci summoned a thunderstorm and struck the Fatui down. There was no vision user she knew of that could even change weather to that point.
But then, the librarian was a talanted sorceress, considered to be the most distinguished graduate to come from Sumeru Academia. She supposes there’s more to the woman than she’s originally thought. Kaeya’s numbed arm from forgetting to return a book on time and the hearsay from various townspeople were simply something she never bothered to think about, but now seeing the electrocuted Fatui, Rosaria notes she should probably never get into the Lisa’s bad side.
You’re telling me a dew dipped this shrimp?
Originally a Shenhe crackfic by the name of ‘Hold Shenhe gently like mora meat‘, it took another turn (still a crackfic) once Yelan got drip-marketed and I fell into Shenlan hell.
“Dew dipped shrimp.” Yelan sets down a plate of it in front of her. “Made by yours truly.”
It’s a dumb little joke Shenhe picked up from her nephew’s circle of friends, specifically from that Funeral Parlor Director. She blurts out: “You’re telling me a dew dipped this shrimp?”
