Anyone around who could help me fix my laptop (via teamviewer)?
The laptop starts freezing at random times. [insert Gru freeze-frame gif here]
I’ve tried several anti-virus programs but it still doesn’t do the trick. The most troubling freeze happens when I start any kind of video player. I’m 99% sure it’s a software issue.
Maybe someone could take a look at it, someone who’s got a clue about computers. :-/
