You can only pay by PayPal or weird payment links, almost 40 emails sent after cancelling the order

They charge 15-20 here and there for basic consumer protections like "free return" (it’s not a free return if you have to pay $20 up front just to have that option!) or $10 to "insure the shipment" (so what if you don’t want pay the surcharge and then something happens during shipping?), the only way to pay is paypal, NOT by credit card, the Swiss site forces you into making a Paypal account (I've had enough problem with that company) AND it charges you another 20$ just to go ahead and make the payment via pay-pal, there is no other option.

I apologise for my emotional language before, I was frustrated. To answer your reply:
I am not trying to damage this business, I am sharing my experience.
On the PayPal page there was nowhere to click pay by credit card. Every time I tried to click proceed, it wouldn’t let me and said I must tick the box accepting paypals terms and create a password.
I did not make the payment through the credit card link because this can be very dangerous behaviours on the internet and I was already skeptical after the checkout experience. Secondly, I did not recognise this payment portal, it was not WorldPay or Saferpay or anything I am familiar with. Thirdly, I received multiple emails with a payment request within the space of 10 minutes which also made me feel skeptical. Fourthly, one of these emails requested a completely different amount than my order (EUR 322 was requested in one email, when the order amounted to over CHF400 and that’s not a conversion error - EUR322 is CHF 306).
Finally, since leaving my initial review, I received almost 40 emails sent within minutes of each other saying my order has been cancelled. One email would have been enough. I hope this barrage of emails was by mistake/computer error and not a retaliation.
Since this is mostly a case of miscommunication and misunderstanding and unfortunately not the best options for payment for foreign customers, I change my review from 1 star to a neutral 3. I should have given you chance to respond directly to me before leaving the trust pilot review. I was upset because I had wanted to order a nice gift for someone and then felt confused and annoyed about the website not letting me pay by a normal credit card method. However the problem remains with the limited/difficult payment options and the multiple emails sent in error. Hence the now 3 star review

thank you for taking the time to write this review. I really must say that we still can't understand the behaviour of some people. I'll describe the whole situation, let everyone make up his own mind. We as a shop of course offer payment by card. For customers from Switzerland we only offer paypal, because our payment gateway does not provide the CHF ( Swiss Franc ) currency. Paypal charges us 6% as a fee for accepting the payment. In the basket before the completion of the order, you see everything beforehand and it is your voluntary choice whether you want to complete the order or not. You have voluntarily completed your order and chosen to pay by paypal today ( Sunday at 17:16 pm ). You then emailed us at 17:32 pm that you only wanted to pay by credit card - we sent you a payment gateway request to pay by credit card - you cancelled the credit card payment and emailed us that you wanted to cancel the order. We cancelled your order immediately and now you write us this review? I really don't understand. Where did we go wrong?
1. You can also pay by card using paypal, if you choose not to pay using your paypal account. Just read the sign on the Paypal payment gateway " I want to pay by credit or debit card" It's listed immediately below the paypal account login options.
2. Why do you order goods if you don't like the terms of delivery and payment on our website?
3. Why are you trying to damage our business when we have done nothing wrong?

Impressive prices & super-fast delivery
It's always a bit worrying ordering from a company you haven't used before, especially one that is located in another country. However, after reading all the positive reviews I decided to give it a try and ordered a Swiss Military by Chrono watch on the 23rd October. On the 25th October my watch was delivered to me in the UK by DHL. Impressed with their service would be a gross understatement! Not only that, the price advertised on their site is the price you pay - no extra, unexpected taxes to pay (unlike some sites I could mention!).
Would I recommend Aurio? You bet I would and I'll probably be ordering from them again soon!
