Terrible experience to begin with but the support to resolve my issue was really good.
Transperancy of what you get when you sign up isn't very clear and I ended up paying for the paid version with the expectation of 10 ready to go products but was only given 1.
However, their support is good and when I spoke to them about my experience, they were very willing to refund me.

This company offers a "pro version" for…
This company offers a "pro version" for 97$ , i paid for the pro version and got NOTHING the pro version offers. The pro version has promises of more templates , ads , products ect... After you have paid you continue with the free version. The site is useless as there is no support button , no way to see your plan , nothing just login and continue with your free version that you paid 97$ for.

Excellent Customer Service & Product
I am new to the dropshipping scene, and as an ambitious amateur, I opted for the $97 pro option right off the bat.
I was impressed by how well the store I received was built. It truly looked professional and worth the money
Unfortunately, I quickly realized that Shopify was the wrong platform for me, as a beginner.
This was not BuildYourStore's fault, this was my own.
I went and closed my Shopify store, cancelled my Shopify plan, and sent an email to customer support to see if BuildYourStore would issue a refund.
I was informed by Renato that BuildYourStore has a strict no-refund policy, but they were gracious enough to make a one-time exception- knowing my situation.
After a few short steps, my refund was issued.
Renato was excellent in communication, and BuildYourStore was generous enough to accommodate my refund request, albeit my shortcomings of missing the no-refund message.
What they advertise is what you get, and what you get is true quality. I highly recommend using their services, and if I return to Shopify in the future, I will be using them to build my store/s.

Buyer Beware Total Scam
Buyer Beware Total Scam. If less than one star was available I would have selected that. Purchased the $97 Pro Plan, was promised the free domain for my Shopify store and AI custom template creator - went through all of their set up prompts, even signed up for another one of their affiliate services in the process (another $49) and when you access the app in Shopify it loops back to their main set up/prompt SALES page over and over and over again. No customer support email or chat offered by them read the terms and conditions - NO REFUNDS that's their policy. What a total SCAM.
Update: There reply and link below is boiler plated that once submitted gets a generic - we'll be in touch type response... and almost three weeks later - still NOTHING.
