Sold my car on 25th of august, handed over the V5C to be ensured it would be dealt with. Months later im paying vehicle tax, receiving parking charges and speeding fines as a result of this company's incompetence.

Purchased a car from the towcester branch, being electric its quite important it has enough charge to drive it home. Unfortunately it was left with 1% so low i wasnt even able to drive it a mile to the nearest charging station.

Secondly my finance pcp agreement was already in place online i had the cost and the figures but of course they spent an hour trying to run them through again trying to up sell with paint protection, warranty and tyre cover etc etc which would have increased the monthly price by £200 btw.

Eventually i purchased the car (after wasting an hour) on the original agreement. 3 weeks later no v5c receieved. Tried numerous times to contact the dealer by email, phone call, but no response. Ive just spent 45 mins on hold and them and eventually got cut off.

DVLA have now just confirmed they have not started the change of registered keeper process (the dvla are completely unaware)

Next step i will be contacting the finance provider to see what they have to say about the situation.

Would never purchase a vechicle from carsa again

The Hyundai Santa Fe 7 which I bought from Carsa is top notch. It is in an excellent shape, to the best of my knowledge. However, the after-sales service is the poorest I have ever experienced since I came to the UK. Carsa will only sell the car to you, entice or lure you to buy additional accessories and then leave you to your fate. They won't provide you with any other information related to the vehicle you have bought. At a point in time, one of their customer service reps wrote in an email to me that . . . we are not Hyundai and so we don't need to explain anything regarding the Hyundai vehicle you bought from us . . . (emphasis mine). Simply put, this person told me that I should have followed up with the manufacturer for any other details regarding the vehicle. If you need a car, simply go with your specialist to Carsa, buy your choice vehicle and leave. Do not buy any add-ons or warranties or accessories from them, please. They even sent me a different set of car carpets which they enticed me to buy at £149. I wanted a light brown (Tan-coloured) carpets and yet they delivered a black set of car carpets to me. I had a few unavoidable issues after my car purchase, but Courtney from Customer Care stepped in and dealt with my problem very efficiently. What could have been a really stressful time was alleviated by Courtney taking control & resolving my problem with a smile. She was a pleasure to deal with & an amazing ambassador for the business 😊

Buyer beware!

I have bought a polestar off Carsa within the last 30 days. The car has a series of major faults with the ABS system, Adas system, BMS, and temperature sensors to name a few. I have tried and tried to reject the car under my consumer rights and they are fobbing me off. i have obtained them a diagnostics report which shows all the issues with the car and again they fob me off. I am 5 days after my original complaint with a car that dangerous and cant be driven. I've asked to speak to a manager and they are always on the phone, and they cant give me a number to call them. I have made 5 calls to them and been made to wait on hold for a total of over 2 1/2 hours and been cut off on 3 occasions.

I don't know what to do and they are so unhelpful. I have resorted to having to speak to the finance company who helped buy the car as Carsa do not respect or comply with the consumer rights act 2015!
