I’m simply trying to get through this survey so I can return a product

Very helpful with resolving return issue.

I wanted the flicky Stick to work well on our TV They did not We could not get things to connect properly so therefore I'm having to return it The experience was great because your customer service rep was extremely helpful I am just needing to know how to return it

Well I'm not done. So far the people who have helped me have been fine. I did not get a receipt for my purchase before it was shipped so I could not double check the transaction.

Wanted to Return an item and contacted Commerce Core and a lovely lady called Vanessa sent me an Email with full instructions how to do that.

The buds are very comfortable to wear but persons wearing glasses on daily basis might find it difficult to wear glasses alongside with those buds given the way they are built.

The 2 items purchased do not cool at all. At best it is like a fan but weaker. Only has 2 settings yet mentions more in the instructions. Could not be more dissappointed.

Well, she was very courteous and she said that she’d get it done. I was happy with that. I am not happy with the product though it did not cool the room like it said it would it leaked Water so of course it didn’t do the eight hours cause it wasn’t enough water in it so yeah I wasn’t happy with that part of it.

Wuffy was advertised on tv to sit, speak, walk on a leash, & play. He only makes a constant noise & runs at the same time. The box that Wuffy came in shows him doing 4 commands & he does not. I am very upset about not having the birthday gift I chose for my great grandaughter and I'm asking for a refund.

When placing the order of the card protectors the computer website went out but started again, and I continued the order, however, at the end of it I realized I had been double charged. Immediately I contacted the company to inform them I needed a refund, but received a message that the product had left the warehouse and was asked to wait until I received the product and could return it later. I had been communicating with someone from Customer Support to determine where to send the product. I had been dealing with this ever since I made the order Dec.27th.
One day I decided to return the unwanted package to the address on the package but it returned to me on Tuesday (Feb 11, 2026 of this week. The first representative Carol replied in a message that I could not receive assistance/refund because it was -30 days, passed. That was unacceptable so I called back and spoke with a the second rep, she listened attentively to me as if she cared. She said that she had done her research of the previous call and looked at my dates and other contact information and said that I am within the guidelines and that she would be sending an email for me to complete.
Thank God for caring people, she was amazing!

No imediate resolution for return process.

Communication was good and timely. The product did not hold up to being on my dog’s collar

Customer service person was very professional and handled my complaint well.
I paid approximately $100 for some wuffy Dogs. What came instead was four dollar store toys, which was nothing like the advertised product.
