I lost to 360euros
If you are from regulated countries in the EU and whole balkans, absolutely DO NOT order from them, even though they informed me that they successfully have clients from these countries, i ordered botox , mesotherapy and fillers, my package got seized by customs and i was about to get charged for buying and trying to import illegal prescription drugs and medical products to my country...I lost 360 euros. The fact that they don't accept card payments in their website and make you pay like 8-10% more because you have to use a third party (wise , payonner etc) make it seems its not a regulated business. I will definitely report them to the Ministry of Korea for food and drug regulations because its 100% illegal to sell prescription medicines online WITHOUT A PRESCRIPTION.

Suite à la réception de votre message et de vos photos, nous avons immédiatement mené une enquête interne. Nous avons ouvert des boîtes du même produit dans notre entrepôt et pris des photos comparatives. Le volume du produit dans les flacons correspond exactement à celui visible sur votre photo. Innotox est bien fourni par le fabricant dans ce volume ; le flacon n'est pas « presque vide », mais contient la quantité standard de solution spécifiée par le fabricant.
Nous comprenons que le volume visuel puisse prêter à confusion, mais du point de vue du fabricant, l'emballage et le dosage sont conformes : le produit n'est ni défectueux ni utilisé.
Nous sommes sincèrement désolés que vous ayez conclu à une malhonnêteté de notre part. Nous travaillons exclusivement avec des produits authentiques, provenant directement de fournisseurs officiels, et n'expédions jamais de produits ouverts ou utilisés.
Nous sommes toujours ouverts au dialogue et nous efforçons d'expliquer ces questions en détail afin d'éviter tout malentendu. Nous regrettons encore une fois tout ressenti négatif et vous remercions de votre compréhension.

What I can do is vouch for the excellent customer support I received while purchasing directly from Korea for the first time. It was like having my hand held through the process -- a process unlike purchasing from Amazon or eBay, without regular credit/debit card payment option and PayPal. My purchase went smoothly and the products look great!
