Initial prints were very high quality but didn't resolve some of the finer details. Maker suggested a different print method using the same material, and the second batch was perfect. They were communicative and helpful in getting the print in a quality and timely manner, with the proper level of detail.

The product was printed with wrong material or inferior, I have never seen nylon shatter of a human height fall, I have asked someone to get back to me and no one has, about to take yo docial media to warn about your response which I have not received one, and your venderse that are ok using the wrong material

I gave them plenty of chances.
Slow, unresponsive, unprofessional, and unhelpful. The quality of parts is inconsistent and not worth the trouble everything else brings.

Print quality is awful, way below expectations, after using this service via China manufacturer everything was great but this time... Print is useless for my purpose. This time it was fdm in petg made in Germany. Dont recommend.
