Customer service only tell you where the parcel is from where it was scanned which you can see yourself. I physically wanted someone at the location of where the last scan was to look for the parcel. They are not prepared to do that. I have ordered a parcel and it is now 3 weeks since Travelling by Fed Ex to DHL then passed on to DAI From ordering it and it apparently is in the air from USA to Australia but its missing after 5 days "in the air" until it gets the next scan. This item I have paid $150 Australian and have not received it. I have reported this poor service to Consumer Business Service for investigation.

I have to give thanks to Jenny who was able to sort out the problem and my parcel arrived safely.

If you’re looking for a transport company that delivers your parcel directly, efficiently, and somewhere even remotely near you, look elsewhere. If, however, you dream of your package going on a self‑funded gap year around Australia, complete with sightseeing stops in cities you’ve never requested… then congratulations. You’ve found your perfect match.

Let me walk you through the magical mystery tour of my urgent freight — shoes I needed for a wedding on the 6th of February (you know, an actual date, not a whimsical suggestion).

Jan 17: Order placed with Nordstrom in the US. Paid extra for “Urgent Freight.” Spoiler: the urgency was purely theoretical.

Jan 23: Order dispatched. A promising start! I foolishly believed this was going somewhere.

Jan 27: Parcel arrives in Perth — the correct city, where I, the customer, actually live. This is the peak of the story. It’s all downhill from here.

Jan 28: For reasons known only to the cosmos, the parcel is flung across the country to Brisbane. Did I ask for a Brisbane detour? No. Did the shoes check in on the way? Also no.

Jan 30: Brisbane apparently wasn’t exotic enough, so off they go to Westmeadows in Victoria. At this point, my parcel has achieved platinum frequent flyer status.

Feb 4: Confirmed still in Victoria. Meanwhile, I remain in Perth. The wedding is tomorrow. The shoes are… not.

My shoes have crossed more borders than a touring rock band, visited three states, and still haven’t completed their one simple mission — arrive at my house.

If the company’s business model is to provide parcels with opportunities for personal growth and exploration, then bravo. Mission accomplished. If, however, the goal is to transport items to the customer… well… spectacular fail.

Feb 9 post Wedding update: I danced the night away thanks to David Jones where I procured, last minute, 'back up' shoes..... my ordered shoes? Who knows where in the world they are right now.. I genuinely hope they are enjoying their holiday at this point.

Final verdict: Would I trust this company with delivering anything ever again? Not even a postcard.

Absolutely horrible. AVOID AT ALL COSTS!

Apparently, a delivery attempt was made on SATURDAY NIGHT, and I heard nothing about redelivery. So I've been calling them every week to ask for an update. My luck is so bad that I've been getting the same customer service person who did not do anything for me except gave me words of affirmation. Finally, I found another person on call who kept me updated via email and updated my parcel as lost. 4 weeks gone. I would not doubt it if the parcel was stolen.

This company is criminal. How they haven’t been investigated is beyond me. Bought my item from uk. Made it to Australia. Was cleared by customs. This was all in a matter of days. Dai has had it now for over a week and actually cannot locate my parcel. What is also extremely concerning is after the parcel was cleared by customs, I received an email asking for personal information for my parcel to be cleared by customs. There’s something extremely dodgy going on with Dai post. No one has bothered to reply to my 5 emails asking for an update. This company is criminal and needs to be shut down

I never received my order. I waited three weeks for delivery then DAI Post delivery person sent photos proving that their delivery person didn't take it to the address but instead just put in a mail box so its probably been returned to sender (who knows!). I called and they said they wouldn't follow up and said just to ask the product company for a refund ... thanks for nothing.

This company is not a delivery service, that are a criminal enterprise. They stole my parcel, pretended they delivered it, then made up an excuse they had to deliver it somewhere else instead because they couldn’t deliver it to the post office, which was the actual delivery address.

They refused all my phone calls and declined to provide me with any details on the matter. This company is shocking with no integrity or transparency on their processes, they’re 100% untrustworthy and I would avoid them at all costs.

ridiculous service. They have had 3 of my parcels for a month and can’t even provide an update or tell me where my parcel is. It’s really ridiculous. I’ll not be buying from this particular company again because I won’t deal with DAI Post again

Parcel missing, customer service useless

Terrible attempt of delivery and very slow customer service. As DAIpost works as a third party "final mile" delivery company. The best thing to do if contact the actual freight company that subbed the job to them and complain. Also contact the sender and request they do the same. Consider contacting the ACCC over refusal to deliver and/or stolen parcels.

You use their tyracking number, and they cant find it. Been waiting 3 weeks and still no sight of parcel.

I had two parcels delivered by DAI. The first was left outside the building front gate without any attempt to ring the intercom. I pre-empted the second delivery and called customer service. Fretzie was great and helpful. She organised the delivery driver to ring on arrival and there were no issues at all.

This past month I have had three parcels that failed to be delivered to my address, and were instead sent to a facility in Westmeadows VIC. I contacted DAI to have one of the parcels sent to a post office or news agent in my local area which they agreed to do, and I also called them a few days ago to organise a pickup for the other two parcels. I have got a notification that they were ready to be picked up. However, they were located in Westmeadows which is a 49.6km long journey from where I live. I don't know what ells to do now as this is too far away and this is not what DAI had promised me.

DAI has very poor customer service and very complicated clearance and assessment process. Please do not use this courier.

Also why is overseas companies (eBay/DHL) contracting DAI to delivery in Australia?

***ANOTHER major note*** Scammers also use DAI emailing (copying) DAI information and try and fish you into handing over personal information/data/records.

This company is worse than snail mail. My parcel, having been cleared by Sydney customs, and received by DAI on 05 January, will only arrive on the 12-14 January. I have used many different courier companies, but this is by far the worst. Even though the DAI depot has received my parcel, it's sitting in its warehouse for final clearance (this in spite of Customs having clearly the parcel). Having been given a delivery date by the company, I bought the item from, this has not occurred (it should have arrived this week - 05- 09 January).

I phoned support but they were of no help. No initiative in trying to speed up the process. Stay away from this mob, they are worse than snail mail. It's an appalling service for a courier company in today's world. Amazon leave them for dead.

Sent a Christmas box over to my daughter. Got stopped by customs & they couldn’t have been more helpful if they tried. Very professional, efficient & helpful & went that extra mile to help me. Can’t thank them enough (especially Mark🤪)

I was home all day. Did not ring the bell, call or left a card. Tracking showing attempt delivery, could not leave in safe place even though parcels are authorised to be left. They simply say they were unable to leave the parcel and then take it back to their depot returning to sender. Just like everyone’s experiencing, believe DAI Post never deliver my parcel and now using it as a leverage to obtain further payment. This company is dodgy as! Had I knew Yesstyle is using DAI post to deliver their goods, I would’ve avoided Yesstyle. Avoid DAI post and any companies using them. You won’t receive your parcels and it’s a guarantee! I lost $140 of the goods!

They sent an SMS saying they tried to deliver an item from DHL on the 31st/December 2025, but I was not home (I am not sure if they even attempted to deliver my item, after all this experience I am having with them).
Then I rang them, spoke with Janiel Agsalod, and other customer service members over the phone 3 times, they provided me a reference number, they say that "they cannot tell when will be the date of the next attempt to delivery", nor they reply ANY emails. I wonder if my purchase will ever be delivered. It seems like a scam company that only provide you reference numbers with no real updates.

I would NOT recommend ever using this provider. They lost my package and tried to convience me it was delivered by sending me a photo .... of a completely different house. DO NOT use them by any means!!! Scam organisation

Absolutely pathetic behaviour by delivery driver. Threw parcel from the roadside. Yet to collect parcel, I am not home yet and it’s sitting out in the rain. Will upload video if possible.
