Tevreden over aankoop
Ik kwam dit merk tegen via een advertentie op mijn mobiele telefoon. Ik was nieuwsgierig en heb de website bezocht. Ik heb de D10 Chrono BLUE Red gekocht als verjaarscadeau voor mijn man. De levering was erg snel. Binnen 3 dagen. Het horloge is mooi alleen de rode horlogeband is veel feller rood dan op de website. De aandacht ligt dan vooral op de band en niet op het horloge zelf. Vandaar dat Ik nu de zilveren milanese horlogeband heb besteld.

Vollkommen unfähiges Team, letzendlich keine Uhr
Uhr bestellt, bezahlt, abgebucht.
Dann Mitteilung bekommen, dass Liefertermin anstatt zu Weihnachten Februar wird. Ok, habe ich nicht reklamiert.
Dann Mitteilung, dass Auftrag vom Hause Detomaso, ohne mich zu fragen, einfach storniert wurde. Daraufhin habe ich das reklamiert, ich wollte die Uhr ja weiterhin haben.
Man teilte mir mit, die Stornierung wurde NICHT durchgeführt, alles ok.
Ein paar Tage später bekam ich aber doch das Geld erstattet, (!!!) also doch Stornierung von denen durchgeführt worden. Wieder Detomaso angeschrieben.
Es hiess nun, ich könnte die Uhr ja nochmal ordern. Allerdings hatte sich in der Zwischenzeit der Preis um 100 Euro erhöht.
Was sind denn das für Geschäftsgebaren?? Ich weiß nicht wieviel Mails hin un her, im Endeffekt kein Weihnachtsgeschenk und jetzt kein Geburtstagsgeschenk. Vollkommen unseriös. Hauptsache, alle duzen sich und reden sich mit Vornamen an....ach wir sind ja so cool, - aber leider unfähig...
Leider kann man keine Null Sterne geben. Ich kaufe jetzt meine Uhren woanders.

Es tut uns sehr leid, dass du mit deiner Erfahrung bei uns unzufrieden bist. Dafür möchten wir uns ehrlich entschuldigen.
Nach deiner Schilderung: Du hast die Uhr bestellt und bezahlt, eine Lieferverzögerung akzeptiert und musstest dann erleben, dass der Auftrag ohne deine Zustimmung storniert wurde. Besonders ärgerlich ist, dass trotz gegenteiliger Zusage letztlich doch eine Rückerstattung erfolgte und du die Uhr anschließend nur zu einem höheren Preis erneut hättest bestellen können. Das entspricht nicht unserem Anspruch an einen verlässlichen Service.
Selbstverständlich ist es nicht in Ordnung, wenn du dadurch mehr bezahlen müsstest – bei einer Neubestellung erstatten wir dir die Preisdifferenz. Leider können wir deine Bestellung anhand der Bewertung nicht eindeutig zuordnen.
Bitte antworte über die Trustpilot-Informationsanfrage mit deinen Bestelldaten, damit wir den Vorgang klären und dir schnell eine Lösung anbieten können.

Die Lieferung kam in sehr kurzer Zeit. Die Art der Verpackung und Materialien machen das Auspacken alleine schon zu einem Erlebnis.

Meine bestellte Uhr sollte erst Februar geliefert werden.
Oh Gott kein Geschenk für meinen Mann.
Aber dann kam die große Wendung, eine Dame Susanne aus dem Team ,hat sich für mich eingesetzt und die bestellte wirklich schöne Uhr ,kam jetzt bei mir an und wenn ich im Januar, wie versprochen,das gewünschte Stahlband dazu bekomme, bekommt ihr von mir

I have checked the status of your order and can confirm that we have received the watches back at our facility. I appreciate that waiting for a refund can be frustrating, but unfortunately, due to the high volume of requests we are currently experiencing, processing and checking returned watches may take a little longer than usual.
However, I understand your concerns and will check if it is possible to process your refund as a priority. Our team will contact you soon.
Watch doesn't work
The watch stopped working after a month of owning it. I gave the company the 1 star because they actually do respond to emails. I sent the watch back and was told after inspecting it I would be refunded or it would be replaced. I then was told I would be given a refund, which I never received.Now 4 months later I have disputed the charge with my bank. It has been nothing but a headache and I never know what time it is.

Montre achetée chez DETOMASO le 18/09/2025. Le chronomètre ainsi que le dateur n'ont jamais fonctionné. Vu le prix d'achat élevé (157.40 €), la montre de mauvaise qualité n'est donc pas fiable.

Watch doesn't work. Customer service atrocious
I ordered a Sorpasso chronograph. It arrived OK and looks nice but it doesn't work. It immediately started losing time then stopped completely. I've now spent over 2 weeks trying to get a response out of their customer service so I can return the watch and get a refund but they either don't reply or send links which don't work in the UK. I'm completely frustrated and fed up with the whole experience.

Volevo fare un regalo a mia moglie
Volevo fare un regalo a mia moglie, invece mi sono presentato a mani vuote. Avevo pagato per un orologio con quadrante fucsia, cassa e bracciale color acciaio, molto carino. Invece mi e' arrivato un orologio con quadrante, cassa marroni e bracciale acciaio, inguardabile. Ma quello che e' peggio che a catalogo l'orologio marrone viene venduto con bracciale marrone. Questo vuol dire che non hanno sbagliato spedizione, ma hanno volutamente fatto un puzzle con scarti. Questa mancanza di rispetto non puo' essere perdonata. Vedo che tutte le recensioni positive arrivano da fuori Italia, mi auguro che nessun italiano compri piu' niente da questi truffatori.
Oggi 10-11-25 considerando la vostra risposta e supponendo che un cinturino di un altro colore sia finito per caso su quel quadrante, che nessuno se ne sia accorto e che per errore mi sia stato spedito un Picasso al posto di un Van Gogh, mi aspetto di ricevere quanto richiesto e pagato. Anche se non credo alle coincidenze, solo se ricevero' quanto richiesto considerero' di cambiare recensione.

I had forgotten to reclaim an intro voucher when I purchased my first watch. After my purchase I asked if it was possible to reclaim it afterwards. They did so without questions. Not a big sum but a nice gesture.
