This was the best car buying decision…
This was the best car buying decision I've ever made. From start to finish it took 6 days. I live outside of Atlanta Georgia and my car came from Texas and again, the staff of driveway made the transaction happen in 6 days. Every individual in the different departments that processed the purchase were professional and kind. If I had questions they were answered immediately. Donte English was the valet who drove my car to my home, he made sure my car was clean and full of gas and gave me a detail over view about the car. Driveway is the way to go for your next buying decision.

Beware- MA doesn’t recognize “paper tags”
MA doesn’t recognize “paper tags”. It’s been 5+ weeks of NOT receiving my title, registration or plates. Different excuse every time. Sarah Wolfe will ignore you, Charles will give you wrong info all together. I haven’t driven my car yet, according to them “just drive it anyway”. No one cares. I even tried to return it 3 times before my 7days was up with both Sarah AND Charles. No one gave me paperwork or returned a call/text.

I just had the most horrible…
I just had the most horrible experience. I should’ve trusted my gut. I just went through with the whole proposal that I’m sending me numbers and me sending them check stubs. I find out where the car is at which is 20 minutes away from me. I called them to see if I could test drive it in here I find out the vehicle is gone sold yesterday. Meanwhile, driveway is still actively trying to have me buy the same car that is sold then when I told her it was sold she said well you should’ve hurried up and did it yesterday like are you serious? I was literally about to send you $500 for a vehicle that is not even there. Very disappointing and frustrating.

fake coverage
they signed me up for a warranty but never finalized with the actual provider. so I pay 40 extra a month for coverage I can't use. to cancel it takes 6-8 weeks which means paying extra for 8 more weeks for something I can't use. not sure they'll even refund the extra.

Stay away
Stay away. Such a bad experience and I am still waiting for my plates.
- Took delivery Nov. 5, 2025 - today is Feb. 4, 2026 and still no permanent plates
- Initial delivery showed up early with no warning, Driveway rep said ignore the emails from the delivery company
- No temporary plates came with the car from out-of-state, had to call customer service for them to say that they would send me plates
- 30 days later, the plates expired and they said they could not issue me a renewal was escalated after I left them a bad review on their site and they sent me another 30 day temporary plate from another state
- 60 days later, they told me that the paperwork for WA state plates was submitted incorrectly and they had to resubmit (starting the clock over again). They would not get me another temporary plate and would not compensate nor refund me for not having a licensed vehicle. Instead they sent me a letter implying that I could drive with the letter and show authorities that I was in process if I get into an accident or pulled over for having expired temp plates.
- Received an email today that my plates are on the way but they sent me an incorrect UPS tracking number that dates back to the original temporary plates. Given their poor track record and utter lack of competence, I do not trust any communications that they send to me.
- At minimum, they should refund me the excessively high $1,000 documents fee given these documents continue to be missing and I am repeatedly experiencing loss of use damages resulting from having a car that I cannot legally drive.

After reviewing your case, we have issued a goodwill reimbursement of $300 to acknowledge the inconvenience related to the delay with your plates and registration. Our team is continuing to monitor the status of your permanent plates and remains committed to seeing this through to completion.

Great Driveway Experience!
I sold my car to driveway last week and it was one of the easiest most effortless processes I’ve ever been a part of. They consistently kept me updated with where I was at in the process. From the day of initiating the cell to the day they picked up the vehicle and I was paid was about seven days. Tyler was very helpful with answering any questions I had during the process. Zully and Oliver who were part of the dispatch team were great. They showed up on time, were very respectful, and from the time they arrived to the time they left in my vehicle was about 15 minutes!
Overall, it was a great experience and I’ll only use them in the future. Best value, best costumer service, quickest turn around.
