EInvestment did not report their yield results for last month. It's now a week late & not a word from them. I've emailed. I tried to call them when having problems in the past & got a voice message that wasn't in English. I've had concerns about the company for some time now. I first invested back in 2022 from memory. I reinvested all of the returns most of that time, unfortunately. I recently changed it to claim a portion of the yield & successfully withdrew around 200 EURs in August this year. It took almost a week to process. Anyhow. Prompted by their latest suspicious behavior I decided to do some digging online to see if any new red flags had emerged & found CIMA recently listed EInvestment as a fraudulent website. You can find this pdf document at CIMA's official website. I'd link or attach it here if allowed. EInvestment is falsely claiming that they are regulated there. CIMA is explicitly denying this. They are listed as a Cayman Islands company on their official website & a Portugese company on Google Maps. Nothing is adding up currently. I'll gladly remove this negative review if EInvestment does clarify this situation & begins reporting their yield returns again & paying us as claimable. My trust rating present tense is 0/10. Investors beware.

As of end Dec 2023, my 2-year "binding" investment period came to an end which moved my entire portfolio into "available" status.
While I requested the withdrawal of the entirety of the amount, only 20% of it was transferred back to me.

I sent many emails and reached out through the platform to understand why by 31st Jan 2024, my request for withdrawal is not entirely processed.

I can understand if there are minor delays, however being kept in the dark is extremely unsatisfying and definitely tells me not to recommend this platform.

Overall, this is my take on the platform:
- Attractive interest but useless if you cannot retrieve the investment due to extremely malfunctioning withdrawal process
- Non-existing Customer Service

I would change my rating if I retrieve the remaining 80% of my portfolio.

Update: as of May 14, 2024, still no answers from einvestment and no withdrawal executed. More than 5 month being kept in the dark.

Performance, stability and security is what I love this mutual fund for. Keep up!

Great solution for beginners like me. Convenience, speed and automation are on the top level. Sincerely wish good luck and hope for excellent results in 2021
