When I first started working with them, I honestly didn’t have any system I could truly rely on. I was using Jobber to follow up on ongoing projects, but I still felt I had to be deeply involved in the day-to-day operations for everything to work.
Today, after more than a year using PRISMA, I can genuinely say I feel at ease. I decided to invest in the process-mapping option, which did come at a slightly higher cost, but it was absolutely worth it. The team helped me map my entire company and adapt it into the system. Now, when I create a quote, the system automatically generates purchase orders to my suppliers based on my inventory levels. Everything is connected and organized.
I’ve reached a point where the business runs smoothly, decisions are clear, and I finally have the freedom to step away (even take a vacation) knowing the operation is under control.
