I have just had a fox ess evo 10kw battery integral with an 8Kw inverter installed on 27th January. So far I am unable to schedule charging periods with the Fox cloud 2.0 app. This is my whole reason for buying this, together with PV panels. To take advantage of cheap electricity. The installer has been in touch with Fox but are still waiting for a reply. At the moment I have paid out thousands with little to show for it.

Samantha and Steven from Fox Ess took ownership of this issue and resolved it. I also now have a phone number to call if I have any further problem.

Issue with new fox battery system and fault. Lewis rang me back immediately, if not sooner. It was complicated issue, but 5 phone calls from (allowing time for changes to occur) in 2.5 hours and Lewis has become my man crush of the day. Really professional and resolved what seemed like a hopeless situation. I am LEWIS's biggest fan. Mwaaah

I have now had my Fox ESS Solar up and running for 15 months. Being an older Gentleman I have struggled to understand certain parts of the system. But, Fox ESS are always on the end of an email to assist whatever your issue is. Lewis at Fox ESS is amazing and is always willing to assist. I have had several comments from Trades people (I live in a new build so going through snagging process - lots of trades people in/out) on how smart the system looks. One electrician even commented on how reliable Fox ESS products are and their robustness.

The lady was helpful and went the extra mile and responded quickly highly efficient and knowledgeable, I was very pleased with the service

We had a period of time without connection, I emailed the helpdesk and withing minutes I had support. Had to get in touch a second time as the connection was playing up and Lewis replied again with a couple of minutes. I am now back online with the fox cloud app. The explanations were really clear and I was also provided with a video walk through. Can't recommend highly enough. Thank you. Sara

We would just like to say how satisfied we were with the service by both Redell and Craig, who help with the installation of the app for our solar panel system. Having being frustrated by the company who installed the system into house initially, we contacted Fox ESS UK directly and found them to be both polite, patient and knowledgeable in their assistance to both of us.

As an installer we've had to lean on the tech team at Fox ESS Uk, quite a bit (weekly). For the most part we've been dealing with Samantha, who has been phenomenally helpful - If only every manufacturer could have a Samantha in their team. That said, the rest of the team have always been quick to respond and helpful.

As an installer I couldn’t recommend Foxess enough. Great range of products and nice to install. Support line staff are outstanding and I would highly recommend asking for Jacob. 👍🏻

I had a fault on my Fox system, emailed Fox and within a couple of hours Lewis got back to me, he then video called me and identified the problem immediately, I then called an electrician to repair the problem, all sorted, Lewis was very professional and knowledgeable about the product, excellent service 10/10

System installed May 24. Quite a lot of Firmware updates causing Issues and delayed/slow responses to resolve at times ( suspect Service guys were very busy) but all settled a few months back. Small issue reported with Blocked Setting MinSOC on grid reported on Sunday evening resolved remotely within 24 hours, Lewis provided good and clear info. Hopefully, a sign of how will be in the future. 😉

Jacob Chinger genuinely made our experience with Fox 10 times better after he was made a POC for this particularly difficult and strange system fault. we had previously had some issues with Fox's after care for our customers but Jacob has been an absolute star. He took on a real head scratcher for us with the AIO system we installed and seamlessly helped us put our customer at ease with the useful information he quickly provided to us. Jacob really did go above and beyond with our after care with his research on the system outside of his work hours as well - the man needs a raise - what a legend!

I've had my battery only Fox ESS system for nearly a year now and I've been very happy with the way it unobtrusively gets on with the job, The firmware was remotely upgraded when it was first installed. Having seen that the app had been upgraded I decided to see if there was a similar upgrade to the firmware in my system. I contacted Lewis and he confirmed there was and he remotely installed the latest firmware for me.. All in all a very nice and efficient backup..
