I don't know who is posting the payments but my account was locked because someone named Sakina did not post my payment correctly! How unprofessional. If you don't know where to post a payment you call the customer!!! You don't lock them out for weeks! It took me forever to get a shipment out until they passed me over to my representative.

Hi Danielle, we’re sorry for the frustration this caused and for the disruption it created for your business.
After reviewing the account, the issue stemmed from a cheque that included payment for shipments that had not yet been invoiced. Without complete remittance details, our team wasn’t able to confidently apply the payment right away, and the account was temporarily placed on hold due to aged invoices on file.
This has since been addressed: the invoices have been generated where needed, prior payments have been applied to your account, and the account is active again. In the process, one shipment also reflected an adjustment on the invoice, which left a small remaining balance, our team can walk you through that line-by-line to ensure everything is clear.
We agree your time is important, and we’re taking this feedback seriously so payment application and outreach are handled faster and more proactively moving forward. If you’d like, please reply to our latest email thread and we’ll make sure the account is fully reconciled and confirm everything.

I meant to do this sooner but busy season got the best of me.
I had heard from a fellow small business owner about how great this company was for their simple and reliable shipping options. With the most recent postal strike my business took a hit for a little while until we made the decision to switch to Freightcom.
I had the pleasure of being on-boarded by a wonderful agent named Suzanne. Her dedication and amazing customer service was just the beginning of a really great experience. She was so helpful while I learned the ins and outs of the website. It’s so easy and convenient once you learn how it all works. (Not difficult at all, as you get a mock shipment session via phone when you sign up.) Suzanne was more than willing to answer and help with questions I had shortly after I scheduled my first pick up. She got back to me asap and assured me that I was on the right track with my shipping options.
She even escalated something for me immediately to get it resolved so fast (no fault of freightcom) . The prices are insanely cheaper than regular postal service. Every package I’ve had scheduled has been picked up right on time and delivered just as expected too. Did I mention the price? I love that I get to choose from multiple carriers, with competitive prices and delivery timelines. The fact that I don’t have to load my kids in the truck and unload them with multiple packages in hand to go into a building and ship things- is my favourite part. I schedule my pick ups from my phone, print the label on my normal printer, and put it outside the next day and it’s off to the customer. I can’t recommend this company enough, and I can’t thank Suzanne enough for her professionalism, kindness, and support. What a fabulous small business solution Freightcom is. Highly recommend. It’s completely free! The only thing you pay for is your scheduled pick ups. I don’t even understand how something so convenient is free to join, but it is. So try it, and save yourself the stress and the money. And incase I I didn’t stress enough, top notch customer service!

The rates are competitive
The rates are competitive. However, the pickup, for Canpar specifically, is terrible! You can book the pickup for the next day, but good luck with them coming to pick it up on the scheduled day or even the next day!!!

Amazing Service - NO BOTS
Kristina McCutcheon was so helpful getting our business set up! We are a tiny start-up but that did not stop Kristina from insuring we got the best service.
