Ordering was easy. It was the after-order experience that was not satisfying. It did not make sense when I chose no threads to get questions that the documentation I included would naturally have threads normally and be asked that if I was not paying for threads. The shipping and tracking were not good.

Not customer friendly at all. Called couple time and went straight to voice mail also had to wait so much in the chat for a response.. still not helped by the agent Todd. Very Unprofessional and not helpful experience

Delivery on the time and parts is functional

Parts were fine, timing was fine, price was fine. Instant quote remains awesome. But shipping label was wrong - not sure why. I paid for expedite and didn't get them until well after the economy timeline (~2 weeks later), and had to spend a couple hours on the phone with UPS and in email just to get the parts. But I'm told they MUST ship UPS to me and was only given a partial refund - less than half the expedite fee - by the vendor.

We have used hubs several times now. The whole process is very easy. I Ordered some parts to be made, We were quoted a very reasonable price and the parts were delivered a couple of weeks early. And they were made perfectly to our specifications.

Protolabs website is extremely easy to use and they have a lot of manufacturing options. Parts come back well made and packaged. Faster and comparable price to other Chinese companies like Rapid direct.

Protolabs website is much easier to use and they are more cost effective than Quickparts.

There were regular updates on the status of the parts and in the end they even arrived sooner than promised.

The file upload process was intuitive and easy to perform. The choice of delivery times and pricing was great. The received product exceeded my expectations, and I will definitely use Protolabs again for future projects.

Quality looks good and with good communication between Protolabs and us we were able to implement a modification prior to them starting the project.

The foreign manufacturer did a great job and I appreciate the work. Protolabs portal for Sheet metal and HUBS leaves a great deal of improvement and communication.

Really pleased with the products. One was a bit tricky and a couple of queries were raised which meant that the job kept going and wasn't late. The network supply seems to deliver more on time than the UK based Protolabs
