Th order process is good, not so sure about customer service. I am not sure my issue was resolved. While I had a response that outlined my concern I don't know how to undertake the next steps.

The Tuscan group is absolutely beautiful!!!! I’ve changed to use everything in the collection that comes in its own lovely box. It’s all perfect for my skin tone and I’m thrilled! Thank you Laura for putting this together for light Mediterranean skin, lips and eyes like mine ❤️🩷

I think I ordered the wrong shade of powder and now I’m stuck with it. It’s too light. The process to pick the correct color is too arbitrary and I regret the purchase.

The colors are all wrong. They don’t match my complexion at all even though I answered all the profile questions truthfully. The foundation does not stick to my face…even if I use primer. Disappointed .

This will be the last time ordering. I have been trying to get my foundation but unfortunately I keep being sent and illuminating make up.

I love everything Laura Gellar makes! She makes it easy to look & feel pretty!

I like the overall coverage/look I was using a good concealer product I like but this gives me a good look too and easier yo apply.

I really liked that everything was in dry form — it’s perfect for traveling. It was also convenient having most of the products (blush, highlighter, bronzer, eyeshadows) all in one box. I may have chosen a shade that was a little too light for my skin tone, as some redness still showed through, especially on my cruise. A friend who tried it as well felt the coverage wasn’t quite enough for her either. Overall, I love the travel-friendly concept, but I’d likely try a different shade next time.

I sent email to ask for the VIP at $17.97 be removed from my account. I didn’t knowingly sign up for it and have been charged 2 times for it. I have t heard anything from the email and was told you guys do not have phone line for customer service.

I was disappointed with my new make up. It does not provide concealing coverage as promised and it does make fine wrinkles and skin dry looking.

Great products especially for older skin easy ordering prompt delivery but excellent product.

I was skeptical because all the other products i tried absolutely did not live up to their hype. These products i ordered were amazing!! My skin looked sooo muxh better and the best part is i didn't look like i had powder on. No caking up in fine lines. Thank you for actually working!!!

Product arriving damaged was a little disappointing. Was given credit, but didn't reorder.
