Olyndra London has been reliable for me. No delays and no problems so far.

I ordered shoes for my wedding in January still haven’t received them I’ve bought from a proper ENGLISH COMPANY not a sudo English company but a Chinese con outfit highly recommend not having anything to do with them

If I could give a zero stars …. I would.

Like many others I succumbed to the photos in the adverts and written descriptions on FB. Hard wearing, jean like, lined utility pants. I made the purchase. They were late in delivery. The 2-5 days delivery is a lie. They arrived unboxed, no belt and made from the flimsiest material you could imagine.So flimsy that they arrive in a poly bag that fits easily through the letterbox and the “trousers” (I use that term lightly) can actually be folded up and fit into the palm of one hand.
This is product selling that is constructed, intentional, misrepresentation. Set up at a price to make returning an item to China (Not London as they portray to via the company name) financially not liable. They insult you with a much less % refund if you do not wish to return the item. So retaining a good portion of the money.
I feel a tad embarrassed that they hooked me in. I’m usually more on the ball. But the photographs and descriptions were portraying exactly what I was looking for.
DONT make the mistake I made.
After emails to get the “how to” for a refund …. I simply couldn’t trust their actions any further.

I went through my PayPal for the refund. Olyndra London recommend you don’t do that as it lengthens the refund. …Again an orchestrated statement.
They are clearly well versed in conning folk and relying on making money from their misrepresentation and selling/ refunding methods.
I will never buy anything off FB again.
I am so very grateful to PayPal for their help and understanding following the details and photographs I supplied to them.

I ordered what appeared to be a knitted cardigan. Have tried twice now to get details on how to return the item for a refund but they do not respond. £26 for an oversized item that is nothing like the photo. Let this be a warning to anyone thinking of buying anything from this rogue trader. Interesting how they comment on good reviews don't you think?!

I have requested information on how to return item 3 times now. No response.
The item took along time to arrive & when it did it was not of good quality & was not fit for purpose.
This is the first time I’ve gone on to trust pilot but wish I’d read reviews before ordering from this company.
I would definitely not recommend.

Ordered the REMY quilted jacket , absolute rubbish looks nothing like advertised cheap and nasty and the size of the jacket supposed to be small and fits like a large don’t buy fake counterfeit item rubbish rubbish

Ordered a pair of trousers which is supposed to be lined and very cheap pair of dresses turned up made out of I believe nylon, very cheap and nasty tried the emailing I’ve had no response. Do not use this company stuff obviously made in China and comes from China.

I have not received order … forever Yodel … seems like a scam now

Ordered a beige cardigan got a white one.
Both items said L on label but were 3xl

Had to pay £32 postage to send back to China. Still waiting for Refund.

This company is Miss selling goods and then makes you pay a fortune to send back.

Makes you think they are in London but are in China.

AVOID AT ALL COSTS

I was nervous ordering pants online but these cargo pants fit my waist and hips well. The fabric feels strong but not rough. Love the pockets too, very useful. Already thinking about getting another color.

These pants didn’t stretch out or lose shape after wearing them all day. That really matters to me.

I bought a £29 pair of trousers, based on their photos online. When they arrived they were horrible. The photos had not shown / the advert had not mentioned what a dreadful, cheap, thin, shiny material they were made from.
When I asked to send them back for a refund, I was told I must send them back by tracked international Royal Mail to an address in China, which cost me £20. A clear ploy to deter me from going ahead with requesting a refund.
They also tried to put me off from returning them, by offering a discount off other clothes if I kept the trousers. However, having seen the abysmally poor quality of their products, I was determined to go through with the hassle and expense of returning them, even for a refund after postage of only £9.
It took weeks to get the refund.
I would never buy anything from them again, due to their awful quality and rip-off return conditions.

SCAM COMPANY. The products (David Insulated Utility Pants) were worthless, wafer thin, shiny fabric, NOT the ones portrayed in the images, NOT ‘heavyweight cotton canvas’ and NOT insulated. Took several weeks to arrive, in a tiny envelope, then stated that a refund required expensive posting to an obscure China address, then offered an alternative 20% ‘instant refund’ which has never been made some ten days later. The oily Olyndra comments that appear beneath these reviews are clever but cynical window dressing as they follow repeated attempts from customers to contact them and get things sorted. Sophisticated online retail scam.

Terrible company. Avoid. They stated jacket was leather. It was not. Cheap and nasty, shiny pvc. Now I have to send item back to China for a refund. Trades description act states items should be what they claim to be. Vile jacket, vile company.
The cost of sending this piece of rubbish back to China is colossal. Have tried speaking to customer service they are useless. Refund my money in full as item was not as stated. This vile jacket needs going in the bin.

I ordered 2 pairs of large cargo pants. When they arrived the labels inside said that they were XL, but they are so small I can’t even get close to being able to get them on.

On attempting to return them, I found out I can’t get them back to China in time to be within the 14 days return policy.l so are now stuck with them.

It’s rather telling the customer service offer a 20% refund without having to return anything. They obviously know the service they are offering is a scam. I asked for a 75% refund which was denied.

I feel totally cheated and worst still it’s horrendous for the environment. I’ll be giving the cargo pants to my friend’s 14 year old son. Hopefully they will fit him.

I’m picky with sweaters and this one works for me. It’s soft, not itchy and keeps its shape. I’m happy with it.

Oh no I am scared their ordering is fixed and I have accidently bought 3 pairs of shoes , but they do not reply to my query , I may have lost £60 , what can I do
