I requested a refund and they just sImply did not reply.

dishonest business, products not worth the price/hassle

i ordered on 7/9 and it took about 3 weeks to arrive. at one point, my order was sent back to the warehouse without explaination. i emailed them about this and they gave about 5 vague and evasive copy-pasted responses with no useful information or indication that they were working on fixing the issue.
when it finally did arrive, i had to return due to sizing issues (both bikinis ran small, and one of them didn't really look like it did on the website). they kept trying to get me to keep the products and offered to refund me $27. when i pushed for a full refund, they said i could still keep the bikinis and offered $43. my last option was to get a full product refund and ship the items back myself, but i would have to supply an international shipping fee, and i would not get a refund for the shipping fee in my original order. i spent $64 on my order in total including shipping, so it was never going to be a "full refund" no matter what.
i ended up filing a dispute with my bank over this. seamolly is not helpful when something goes wrong with your order and will try to LOWBALL you on refunds. also partial refunds are NOT listed anywhere in their exchange/return policy.
the products themselves are nice overall and look good quality but they run small and ordering from here is risky unless you know 100% that you will keep them.
overall untrustworthy and borderline scam, would not recommend buying from here.

The worse customer service

The worse customer service, very bad service, they don’t include any invoice or return form to exchange or refund. Fabric is cheap like SHEIN. Lost my money.

This company is definitely a scam. Didn't realize this company was based in China until I placed my order and checked the shipping location. They will send you your order but THEY WILL NOT LET YOU RETURN ITEMS REGARDLESS OF THEIR RETURN POLICY. Terrible customer service, please do not support them. Also expensive considering the quality of items. Sketchy and bad vibes all around...

Just like others

Just like others, terrible customer service. They takes an entire day to reply to your email even after several exchanges. They keep wanting me to keep the bathing suit and give me a partial refund, which was first $22 and now I'm being promised $36, very sketchy. I'm also annoyed that I now need to pay for the return AND I only get refunded the amount of the swimsuit, not the shipping cost. It makes me want to cut my loses because I will return it and be out of >$10 after it's said and done.

Completely a scam

Completely a scam. The checkout wasn’t accepting my payment and then they asked for a screen recording of what was happening through a very sketchy email. I didn’t send it bc that would have shown my info but now needing to cancel my card bc I have it to them at the checkout so I would just avoid at all costs.

Don't buy from Seamolly! Scam!!

Don't buy from Seamolly!! They charged my card for the purchase, but then also withdrew a significantly higher amount shortly after, which I had to report to my bank and the police. Moreover, my bank told me they attempted to withdraw large sums after that—it was pure luck that I didn’t have that much money on the card at the time. This is a huge scam, and I’m warning you not to shop there!!

extended delivery time and no helpful responses

Placed my order on 3/7 and then received a notice on 3/9 that it was shipped. The link they sent me for tracking hasn’t been updated since then and it has provided no updates. It’s been longer than the 3-7 business days that is advertised on their website. I reached out because I no longer want my order because I needed it for a specific trip that has now passed. Customer service was very rude, unhelpful and provided absolutely 0 relevant response. Super super super super disappointed because the products are so cute they could have amazing potential if they could get it together a little more.

Paid more than what I expected, and so-so customer service

I was expected to pay $61 AUD for my order, and that was what showed up when I placed an order (including discount code). However, I was sent by my bank a notification that I paid $64 AUD.

I emailed right away to customer service to ask them to check this in hopes that I could have gotten some of my money back, however they kept replying that it was just a fluctuation in the exchange rate and that they hoped I would understand.

I must say, customer service is quick in response time, however I think that it's unacceptable that they would price stuff incorrectly. I don't think I'd order from them again as I'd hate to pay more than what I expected.

Also, in the emails exchanged they had a lot of informalaties and grammatical errors, so not sure if this is professional service.

I will write another review on the swimsuit when I receive it!

Return policy states they will accept…

Return policy states they will accept returns 14 days from delivery and an acceptable reason is sizing issue. I requested a return due to sizing issue the day swimsuit was delivered and got an email stating they wouldn’t refund my order. Completely dishonest business. Do not order from Seamolly!!!

terrible customer service support

terrible customer service support. i had no emails or shipping updates from the tracking website for about a month other than my order confirmation. i emailed and they responded saying it had already been delivered and received a signature with it, and the tracking number they provided in the email response was not the same as the one i had originally been provided with. i corrected them, and they said it was shipped, returned due to an 'unexpected shipping error' and re-shipped and now delivered. i wasn't informed of this at all, and when i asked for a refund, i received about three automated and repeated responses. will have to be disputing directly with my bank.

terrible and unprofessional support and will not be ordering from them again. it seems very mixed with good and bad experiences, but this is the first time i've had a problem with online shopping. disappointed.
