Scammers, Without any prior notice closed their website and upon refund imposed miniumum refund policy, so if someone has withdraw less than 30$ cant withdraw their money, PURE SCAMM!!!

The company preferred not to refund balances below 30 USD. I have 22 USD on my balance, and they won't be refunded.
I really hope someone will finally sue these scammers, and a person behind the scam will be jailed.

SMS-Activate shut down, disabled top-ups, and kept a $30 minimum withdrawal.
Balances below that amount (like mine) became impossible to withdraw.
Users are redirected to HeroSMS with no balance transfer.
Unfair and not trustworthy.
Stay away from this service. You can lose your money without warning.

Unfair Withdrawal Policy & Locked Funds

There should not be a minimum withdrawal limit of $30 when the minimum top-up allowed is only $3.

When your website was suddenly shut down, users were left with no way to use their remaining funds and no way to withdraw them. This puts customers in an extremely unfair position.

If a service is discontinued or inaccessible, users must be given one of two basic rights:

the ability to use their balance, or

the ability to withdraw their funds, regardless of amount.

When neither option is provided, it feels like our money is being taken without consent. This is deeply disappointing and damaging to trust.

Please resolve this by either:

enabling withdrawals without a minimum limit, or

restoring access so balances can be used.

I hope you choose to act fairly and respect your users.

Most of the numbers dont work, tried for telegram for like 7-8 different counties, 10+ numbers each, not a single otp came.

Невозможно вывести деньги. Сайт говорит что закрывается и говорил что выплатит деньги но при выводе то пишет что сумма мелка то код на почту не приходит потому что кнопка не рабочая.По итогу осталось на сайте около 20 долларов которые не вывести.Сайт заскамился

None of phones I rented worked for registration. Money wasted.

Absolutely trash and rude service. Sent them 100$ worth of BTC into the balance. Was asked to provide txhash id and wallet photo (Which they told me was sent by email, nothing was sent). When i go to BTC top-up, it's now showing a different wallet address. Nonetheless, I provided them with the wallet address where BTC was sent and txhash id. crypto.com told me they should be able to easily trace Funds with this information.

Pavel, whoever that is working in their customer service, is incredibly rude and unhelpful.
