I’m gonna be honest, I had a bad experience with Solehaven at first and was lowkey stressed 😭

BUT they actually fixed it for me and went above and beyond.. they even express shipped my pair for free which I did not expect at all.

Just received them and they’re authentic, super comfy, and honestly worth it.

Such a great brand, thanks so much 🫶✨

We wanted to return a product. It was within the 30 days. Contacted multiple times. Nothing. Don’t buy there

Unresponsive customer service, when they did eventually reply it was AI generated and useless. After over a month with no meaningful reply i contacted paypal and got my money back

DO NOT ORDER from this site. I placed me order over 4 weeks ago during Black Friday and have not received it yet. I have only received one AI generated response from them giving me a couple of options, but then waited longer again to still not receive my order. I followed up again and have now not heard back. I had just sent another email requesting refund. What a joke. Wish I checked this site before purchasing. Clearly a scam site.

Zero customer service. Company does not respond to emails, despite claiming they respond within 12 hours.

I placed my order on November 26 2025 and money was received by Solehaven. Despite sending numerous emails and using their online 'care' support I have not had any reply. I have not received any delivery confirmation of my order so am very sceptical as to the legitamisy of this business (Solehaven). I paid $269 for fresh air. Disgusted and irate.

Bought a pair of Birks on Black Friday for a Christmas present for my daughter. NEVER RECEIVED them! Received one email response promising shipping in mid-December and here we are in January. Store front is closed online and disappeared off of Shop.

These birks are fake and it is so upsetting that hard-working people like us get ripped off by you. You realise that working for this rip off place you are also party to the scam.
I have been to a birkenstock dealer and compared them.

For a start the larger sizes in real birks do not print the ladies size only the mens.
Box is a different shade of blue and gloss.
Footbed is not soft.
Sole birks imprint is larger than normal.
I gotta hand it to you they are pretty good fakes but not for people who know real birks.

I would like an immediate refund but I'm not too confident I'll ever hear from you again.

Quite possibly the worst company I’ve ever dealt with. I ordered some Birkenstocks, emailed because the size was incorrect (I emailed within 5 mins of ordering). After emailing 3-4 times, I got an automated AI response asking if I wanted a refund. I told them yes, received no correspondence after following up at least another 5 times. I received the shoes, and have NO WAY to contact them for a refund. Awful customer service.

DO NOT purchase from Solehaven. Despite promises of ‘care’ and ‘support’, they take your money and then disappear. I purchased a pair of Birkenstock Bostons on 4th December 2025. Despite dozens of messages on the chat option on their website, to their numerous emails, on Messenger … I am yet to receive a confirmation that these have even shipped. Every now and again I receive an AI message promising me everything from ‘overnight express shipping to be organised within the next 1/2 hour’ to ‘full refund plus $25 added to my account’, but none of these promises ever eventuate.
It is now almost 20 days since I ordered. Their website promises 3-5 day delivery … the only official message I’ve received from Solehaven is an email confirming that they’ve taken my hard-earned money. Save yourself the grief … ORDER FROM SOMEONE ELSE!

I purchased a pair of Birkenstocks from here as a gift and unfortunately got the wrong size, I have been trying to get hold of sole haven for over 3 weeks now to organise returning them however have received absolutely no response

Scam company. Steals money, hasn't shipped product, won't respond to email and has now deleted my order on Shopify!

TERRIBLE! Do not buy from this company. they steel your money, ignore multiple emails. It is very stressful.

Do not buy from here - it sounds like I got lucky and actually received a product, but it was some ginormous size. I asked for exchange or refund - they ignore emails, and when they reply it's very clearly a chatgpt response (including the emojis).

Fake Birkenstocks that will teach me for thinking I got a good deal.. I order the Swede leather ones and they weren’t Swede at all they were fake from the moment I tried the shoe on I knew they were fakes, Birkenstocks are the only shoe I wear so I could tell the quality was different..
so disappointed!!!

No reply, multiple questions via their care email regarding order. But i dont think they care as they have never replied. There have been days left inbetween each email to give them time to answer.

I have requested a phone call or providing their phone no - nothing provided. This is disgusting.

SCAM. I ordered a pair of birks over 3 weeks ago. Never got shipping notification. I’ve sent two emails and haven’t heard anything. By the looks of other reviews this is definitely a scam.
