The AI program was bust and requested my money back. David Church agreed in writing to give me my money back in April and to date, my money has not been refunded, nor do I have anything to show for the purchase. The company who processed my payment is not functional and this company surplusfund.com with David Church, no longer exists...BEWARE, broken contract

Don't trust these people. The only reason there are any good reviews on here is because the coaches make you do one. This program is almost impossible to do. The help they give isn't helpful. Almost all the coaches have quit because this "Academy". They use marketing tactics to get you started, then when you actually try, you realize it isn't realistic. You will waste precious time and money for people who only care about their next paycheck. I tried unclaimed funds (the worst) and tax surplus. David and my old coach Nick convinced me into doing the $30,000 done-for-you business. After saying I wanted to do it they both ignored me and stoped replying to my emails. That was the last I heard from David. A few moths go by and I get a call from my old coach who doesn't work there anymore saying how illegitimate of a place this is and he tried to sell me whatever he sells now. This program will not help you make any money. It helps them. I hope no one gets screwed over the way I did. Save your time, money and self respect.

Good 60-day follow up with Tanya

The mentor I am working with has been beneficial throughout my process. Tanya has helped provide additional information. to keep me on track to achieving my goals.

I had my 30 day follow up call with Tanya this evening and it went well. Tanya answered all my outstanding questions and provided me with information that I did not have. So far, I have really enjoyed working with Tanya.

Hello David and Spencer just wanted to give some feedback on my great call yesterday with Kassandra... I can tell she was extremely knowable and very positive which is such an important personality trate.... Honestly everyone I've listened to or talked to seems to be like that so look forward to being part of that team... If there is one aspect to be done differently it would be either to have time between calls or allow time for questions or something cuz it seems like not of room for "error" and the people that have spoke to me can I'm sure vouch for the fact that I can talk, or say "this guy Keegon just does not shut up" but either way I've made everyone run late and still had a lot to say, ask, and/or explain and I'm well aware how 5 min here and 10 min there can total up to a lot of time come the end of the day

Tanya is always very helpful and informative. It is easy to tell that she truly cares about your success in this business.

I am so thankful that Tanya is my coach! She is understanding and encouraging and clarified things that were a little confusing. She gave me all the tools I need to move forward with Surplus Funds, as well as some extra things to make the work easier and smoother. She is awesome!

It was just what I needed as I was beginning to stress myself out ALOT. To have this meeting and take in what I've done, and plan what to do next, along with reassuring words and a story of anoher student who thought about giving up but is a success now. My friend and now business partner and I were looking to start a business that we could supplement our income and make good money. We both work full-time and needed an industry that would allow for some degree of flexibility. We were both a little hesitant to jump into this surplus fund industry. It sounded like a scam. We did our research, which meant contacting my attorney, checking with the State of California and doing some basic web searches. Once we realized it was a legitimate business opportunity, we began searching for companies to partner with. It came down to two. Surplus Fund came out on top because of their access to a coach and extensive training. Both my partner and I are very well seasoned business professionals and very old. So, we were not very excited about the first half of the training which consisted of sales. If you are new to sales and marketing, not bad training but it was a waste of our time. That is one reason they receive 4 and not 5 stars. The second reason they did not receive 5 stars is because this industry is not easy and it is a lot of real work. Of course, if you are trying to get a sale, you don't focus on the negatives. Don't think that this is easy or fast. The training will take time and the effort. Then there is the price tag. I'm certain the price will vary depending upon the pitch, product, etc. My partner and I paid $7,000 total for this agreement. We thought it was a fair deal considering they aided us in getting certified in California as property investigators, gave us all the tools and resources along with the training and support required to get started. It is an investment. It was worth every penny. After the training, which took me about 2 weeks to finish I was able to get my first yes in just a couple of days. That means that the claimant has given a verbal agreement to allow me to represent them and recover their funds for them. Yesterday I earned my second yes. But yesses are not anything without a signed contract. In short, the training is adequate. The support is adequate. The price is fair considering the return on investment. And the industry is pretty cool. You get an opportunity to be Robin Hood. Take from the government and give back to the rightful owner. If you have a business or sales background and willing to put in the time and effort, you will do fine. If you think this is a get rich quick opportunity, keep your money and find something else to do. This is real work.
