Did everything as per instructions the day I received the boxes. Place them in cupboard at correct temperature.
Nothing grew what so ever, waste of money

Took almost 2 months and a couple of enquiries to finally get a very soft fluffy mould after another email we changed tactical approach and the floppy soft mould went hard and very chewy tasteless hard chew a very expensive way to get four slices of inedible mushroom

I ordered a mushroom grow kit from Urban Farm It back in November and nothing ever arrived. I chased multiple times and was ignored each time. No update. No explanation. Just silence.

In the end I had to submit a chargeback through my bank to get my money back, which says everything about the experience. I paid for a product that never turned up and was effectively ghosted.

Really disappointing. I wouldn’t recommend ordering from them until they can actually deliver what they sell and respond to customers properly.

Placed an order on 7th December, received a dispatch confirmation on the 11th of December, still had not received anything by the 22nd of December despite being sent tracking information. The tracking info advises that Royal Mail have not even received the parcel. When emailing on the 22nd, Urban Farm responded with "Our office is now closed for the Christmas period and we will be unable to respond to enquiries during this time.
If your issue is not resolved, please get back in touch after 5th January, when the office reopens, and we’ll be happy to assist you."
Unfortunately, this wasn't great help for the Christmas gifts I had ordered ! Hugely disappointed, not sure if the items will even arrive now.

Ordered on 25/11, received an e mail advising the item had been despatched on 04/12. I e mailed on 11/12 to ask for tracking information as nothing received and no way of knowing how it was being sent. Was told that delivery was attempted on 26/11 and a card was left. No card left, no delivery. Asked for a refund and was told on a Friday afternoon that I would have to collect the item before Monday. I advised that this wouldn't be possible and I would like a refund only to be told that they wouldn't refund me. Pointed out that they told me the item was despatched on 04/12, gave me no tracking info and then told me that it was actually sent on 26/11. As this has been totally the fault of them and the delivery company I would like a refund. All contact to them has since been ignored until 23/12 when I got a message saying they were closed for Christmas! I would never order anything from this company again. I can't review the product as it was never sent/received but the customer service is abysmal.

Order delivered to wrong address, no reply from customer service emails and no phone number that I can see. I have no idea about the product, but perhaps the company can ask the person who it was actually delivered to for a review.

Had a lot of fun growing both Oyster mushrooms and Lions Mane. Both were quite successful and we have had some repeat crops. It's been great watching them grow, taking pics, and the instructions were clear - graphics helped. Cooking them got us creative and we dried some, air fried some and made some burgers too. I'm hooked. Also took the next step to make some containers for growing by making holes and putting perlite in the bottom. That worked really well. Will be back for more.

Great customer service and a fun experience growing oyster mushrooms! Initially ordered the pink oyster mushroom kit and when I realised my house wouldn’t quite provide the high temperature needed for the fruiting stage, the team were really helpful and quickly arranged for me to receive the blue-grey oyster mushroom spawn instead which worked perfectly and I ended up with several great flushes :) would definitely recommend for beginners without mushroom growing experience, the kits are easy to use and the team are happy to give advice if you have any queries. Thank you Urban Farm-It!

Ordered Lion’s Mane mushrooms from Urban. Prompt delivery, but to entirely the wrong address, courtesy of DPD.

Haidee was very responsive and understanding, and promised a replacement within 24 hours.
