It's so rare these days for "customer service" to actually provide real service, but Irina at Craftly did just that. I emailed customer service and received a reply right away that they were out of the office but would contact me the next day..... They did! I just received their email with a PDF of the guidelines.

Do your Rum!!
The product is amazing . We started making our rum the day we got it . I had issues with the delivery company where they said they delivered but I didn’t get it for a week. Meanwhile Craftly was more than ready to help us with a replacement or a refund and resolve the matter quickly. My husband loved the gift !
