I'm leaving a review for vibrance wellness, a testing lab. I don't normally leave BAD reviews, but i have been trying to PAY them and from the first test to the attempt to get the second test done has been a nightmare. Hello me reword ..The first time we had testing done the reports came back and I was able to see the results and it said I didn't have am account. I went through more than a week of communication to access them again, at which point I printed and downloaded them and them somehow wasn't able to see them.... all the while customer service was poor. A month later My Naturopath wanted me to do another test with them. She put on the order and there was never a link sent to me this time. (Not even spam, it is a Gmail account) and honestly over a month of redundant senseless communication, and I still wasn't able to PAY THEM for a test we wanted done. they said "we sent a link"in more than 5 emails over a month and it never received a link... I eventually sent them my phone number and they didn't call. They sent another email saying we sent you sent you a link. Multiple times I requested they include link on the emai, or at up an account for me to pay that way....The kicker was the last email where they emailed me asking for my email address. A week later they closed my whole request, or case without any resolution. My naturopath said she reached out and vibrance was supposed to be sending me.... a LINK to pay.

My doctor ordered lab kits. They neglected to ship one of the kits. They wanted to blame the doctor for their error! They said the kit was shipped to my doctor. Checking with my doctor, they did not receive the kit. That was a lie. The rep I talked this morning said they would ship the kit today, overnight, and I would have it next day, meaning tomorrow. I called to confirm the kit had shipped since I had a blood drawn scheduled for this week. The rep I talked to this afternoon said, they never shipped overnight nor the same day. It might get shipped this week and I might have it next week. No exceptions. And, the time to receive the results? The last three results have take much longer than the promise of quick results which they have now removed from their website because it was a lie.

Vibrant Wellness won't release test results directly to the patient. I have used Diagnostic Solutions in the past and never had an issue getting my test results especially important to review them prior to my appointment. For the price of these tests patients should be able to see the results

Not easy to contact. I still have unanswered questions.

My husband is a patient and Vibrant Wellness is refusing to upload his test results in the portal or send them to him. They sent the results to his practitioner, but not to him or the portal. I stated that this is in violation HIPAA Privacy Rule (45 CFR § 164.524), and they will no longer respond.

Love Vibrant America Labs. I have been using the VA labs for clinical diagnostic and comprehensive protocols for years. As a Naturopathic Doctor offering a full scope of functional medi protocols, these lab options are critical to clinical outcomes and protocol applications. I also love my rep, Breanne Murcek, she is always responsive to our needs and a real asset to our practice.

Clear and concise explanation of the lab test and how to interpret the results along with useful clinical pearls

I use Vibrant's Tickborne panels to help my patient uncover the root cause of their persisting symptoms and also monitor their progress throughout the therapy. What's great about Vibrant's technology is that the serology results are highly sensitive without sacrificing specificity - I have never seen a result that was false positive! Another key feature of their tests is that they are extremely consistent and that's important because it enables a very pragmatic therapy control.

I’m a clinician in practice for 20 years and using Vibrant America testing in my practice has helped me be a better clinician. Allowing me to identify the exact root cause that is driving chronic symptoms in my patient population. I have found this testing to be a game changer. The level of accuracy with sensitivity and specificity is better than any other lab.

Great customer service, friendly, and helpful. Also informative and forthcoming. Only reason I gave it 4/5 is because of the price minimum, it's difficult for patients who can't afford it. Also removing the individual micronutrient panel was a struggle to manage.
