I’ve been a Wildgrain customer for years. Their food is fantastic but delivery can be an issue. For example, I had an order process on Monday and the box was promised to be delivered Wednesday. It’s Thursday and it still says “preparing order”. Their customer service says boxes ship Monday through Thursday which means my box will not be here before Valentine’s Day even though I ordered in plenty of time. I haven’t heard back from an actual customer service rep, just an automated email with that info in it. I’ve had quite a few delivery issues with them in the past to the point I almost canceled my subscription. The only reason I’ve kept it is because the food is so good. I’m still going to hold out a tiny bit of hope that my box miraculously arrives tomorrow or Saturday. I will update my review if it does.

I have a 17-year-old French Foreign exchange student. I was concerned her biggest problem would be homesickness . She told me her biggest fear was not getting to taste. True French bread.! I live near Chicago and after multiple tries, we found one French restaurant that had bread that she said was close. However now we are set for the rest of her stay with wildgrain it gets her full approval

Wildgrain is a top-notch company; their products and customer service are amazing.

Customer service is terrible. Did not receive order. They do not do anything to correct issue. Seems like a scam.

Great products that really taste good. If you are in the market for something wholesome without all the added chemicals and easy to prepare then you should be ordering from Wildgrains. If you have an oven the only other thing you need is a little time nothing complicated to measure just pop it out of the freezer, remove from wrapping and into the preheated oven and wait for something glorious and tasty to come out for your enjoyment. Even the gluten free options will not disappoint!

Our order was lost by the shipping company for awhile. Arrived ruined. Wilgrain reshipped it super fast. Great service by Gracie!

I give myself a gift of Wildgrain breads, pasta and pastries every six weeks. There is a wide variety of Hugh quality products to choose from including vegan, gluten-free, and high protein items. I look forward to each delivery!

I’ve been a customer of wild grain for a very long time, and every order has been delicious and fresh. The quality of their baked goods, especially the breads, are unparalleled. And their cookies are delicious! Highly recommend!

Love the breads especially the crossiants. They respond quickly to any issue and fix it. They are kind and courteous people. My grandchildren love the cookies and crossiants.

Top quality bread from a company that cares. I spend a lot of time in Europe and always hate coming home to lame American bread. This sour dough bread and the Croissants are European quality. Plus, they donate to homeless shelters and have excellent, caring customer service. The packaging is all environmentally friendly, including the frozen material which is made from plant food you can use on plants! Love this place!

James contacted me about a suspected issue with my order before I even knew I had a problem. he corrected and had a new order arranged within 24 hours. was excellent customer service. they truly care about thier consumer.

So far everything we got has been delicious, we are very happy, just very pricey, so cancelled my subscription.

They are horrible on the shipping. You can’t track it and doesn’t update you. You can’t talk to no one. The website too complicated. I’m not desperate on bread I can order from other places easy and taste the same. Will not order from them anymore.

Cannot get in touch with anyone to change my order before shipping. Called phone number SEVERAL TIMES and emailed NUMEROUS TIMES and no one has returned my calls or my emails! They make it VERY DIFFICULT to get in touch with someone. Their customer service is horrible!
