I just asked the website for a price was happy with that, printed my label off, packed and sent done.

Dreadful service, whilst fast. They did not honor their promise of price despite the phone being in perfect condition no viable signs of wear and tear. They took over £100 from the cost and deemed it faulty which is simply not the case. Think twice before using

I sent my Apple Smart Watch to Mazuma Mobile Limited. Mazuma stated the Apple Watch is worth £145, on their website.  But then - Mazuma said the item I sent them would NOT be refunded. Mazuma sent a poor quality Heartre Smart Watch back to me, which had NO official packaging, NO serial number or barcode and only HALF a watch strap. Mazuma refused to budge from "we sent you back what you sent us", after I tried to reason with them a number of times - and with external aid, from Resolver, too - Mazuma simply have left it at that. Mazuma have kept my new, unused bona fide Apple Smart Watch and refused to refund me what it is worth - £145.

I have used Mazuma a few times before, to sell my old tech - and they have been excellent. I always got what I was quoted and Mazuma paid me promptly. The customer service I received this time, however, was totally RIDICULOUS. I have since seen other comments saying similar and Mazuma are just ripping people off, totally unacceptable practice. Why guarantee a refund price one day, then totally withdraw that refund, 24 hours later? I literally had an email saying " We have received your Apple Smart Watch" then the next day, I had an email saying "We will not pay you the £145, there is a problem with the Smart Watch ". I shall never use Mazuma again. I will trade with eBay or Music Magpie instead - and not be ripped off. I would suggest AT ALL COSTS, TOTALLY AVOID Mazuma Mobile Limited. I am very disappointed.  IT IS NOT WORTH THE STRESS!!
All of this is despite the efforts of Resolver.co.uk, the online mediation platform.
Resolver have said to me
"From your correspondence with our team, I understand that Mazuma Mobile has not been very cooperative in their responses. I appreciate how frustrating it can be when a company fails to address your concerns effectively. In situations where responses are limited or unsatisfactory, we recommend continuing to be as proactive as possible with your communications." 

My case is as follows.
What I thought would be an easy enough case - I had sent Mazuma Mobile Limited an Apple Smart Watch (that Mazuma said is worth £145) which I wanted a refund for. Mazuma sent me back, after my paying a £5.50 postal return fee, an aftermarket replica Heartre Smart Watch, with no packaging and half a watch strap. Hence, I am not happy with Mazuma services, as Mazuma did NOT return the item which I had originally sent to them, via Royal Mail. Only 24 hours after Mazuma sent me an email, stating that they had received my Apple Smart Watch, Mazuma sent me another email to say that I had sent them an aftermarket replica Watch and no refund would be given. I sent Mazuma, a number of times, photos which I had taken of the official Apple packaging and bar code and serial number of the Apple Smart Watch, which I had originally sent. Yet Mazuma just ignored these photos and my argument. Such a process of rectifying such a BASIC MISTAKE is not a difficult thing to do, surely? I claimed a second, a third, a fourth time to Mazuma (to different Mazuma company departments). All Mazuma did was re-send their original reply to me "we sent you back the original Smart Watch that you sent us". Which is simply NOT TRUE. And that was the end of that. Mazuma re-sent this same reply even AFTER I used the services of Resolver, the free independent issue resolution service, which aims to help find a mutually acceptable outcome. I am NOT HAPPY.

I feel I have been ripped off and possibly by a dodgy member of Mazuma staff. I am in the process of reporting to Apple, that my Smart Watch has been stolen and to get the device locked. 
I have the serial number and bar code of the Original Apple Smart Watch, as can be proven, as these numbers are shown clearly in the photos I have sent to Mazuma Mobile. It would be no problem at all, for me to contact Apple and to have that specific Watch TO BE LOCKED.
If Mazuma were to sell my Watch to someone - and the Watch was locked by Apple - then I do not think that it would not look too good for Mazuma Mobile Limited.

Brilliant service. I looked on the website and was told the value of my phone. I phoned for a returns package which arrived quickly. Returned my phone on Monday and received payment on Wednesday.

These people are quick to message me emails etc about an order expiring but when I email them about an order that I have sent off and Royal Mail have either lost the parcel or just have no staff I hear absolutely nothing from them. Emailed mazuma twice about the issue with Royal Mail and still not received any reply off them.

Mazuma Mobile was very straight forward to use.
Once I got the quote and then the QR for posting.
Mazuma then communicated every step of the process.
I also got paid quickly.
I would definetly use this service again.
