Scammers thieves liars. Leave daily fake reviews. As Vodafone are subscribers to trustpilot and can remove negative. Luckily government is getting wise to fakers.

I’m sharing my wonderful experience with Onecime’s fantastic customer service. I was facing some issues, and the team handled everything so efficiently that it felt like the problem never even existed. Their support was swift, professional, and incredibly reassuring.
I truly appreciate the assistance provided by Agent Sahel and Samgarsh, who handled my query with great care and expertise. They were friendly, prompt, and very professional throughout the entire process.
I’m genuinely relieved and impressed, and I would definitely recommend Onecime’s services to any business owner. Their customer service is truly outstanding.
Phone Number Disappeared
I transferred my business phones to Onecom nearly three weeks ago. They told me that on the same day I requested a PAC code to transfer one of the numbers to another provider, which I did not. This issue is still not resolved and no timeline has been given for a resolution. My colleague has therefore lost her phone number and access to all services that use her phone number for 2FA. Not impressed!

Moksh was very helpful. I have been receiving spam text from gambling sites. Receiving up to ten a day. Having rang you before about this and doing what you have me to do only made it worse. I hope this time moksh has cracked it.

Possibly the worst co I have ever had…
Possibly the worst co I have ever had to deal with in all my time in business lie upon lie. Never ring you back. Totally not to be trusted stay well clear it’s been 3 months and my phone has not been delivered and I’m paying 2 contracts as one com didn’t buy out my old one when that were suppose to Phones never arrived

Rit was excellent in helping me today. He was patient and spoken very calm and clearly.
Do not use Onecon or Vodaphone
Avoid at all costs. They contacted me about saving me money on my ee account originally. I told them that I struggled getting connection in my area.
Thats ok they said we can quote you a Vodaphone business account as they were partners .I was quoted for one phone and was offered a free digibox ,introductory Spotify all for £30. Sounded great. Gave my details and I thought I had saved money. Every month I was being invoiced and the subsidy was being put back into my account.
Strange way I thought.At no time was it explained to me that at 18months the subsidy would stop and I would pay £135 a month. I was now paying for 2 phone numbers which was my mobile and the free digibox plus Spotify.
Tried complaining and cancelling explaining had wrongfully been sold this contract. Basically you cant cancel because it is a business account.
I had to endure paying a ridiculous amount for the next 18 months.
Read the Facebook page. There are loads of complaints ,mainly similar to my own. I gave Onecom my 30 days notice and requested my Pac codes. I was redirected to an account manager who asked me why I was leaving and tried to sell me a new contract. Couldnt believe the cheek of it. I paid my final payment of the contract ,thinking that was the end of it. No it wasnt. I received another bill from Vodaphone the first I had ever seen from them. I rang them directly and asked what it was for.They said they could not find an amount owing. They wanted to know how much. I said its your bill you tell me. I have now been contacted by a debt collecting company called Zincasking me to pay for something vodaphone know nothing about. My advice would be not to touch both companies. Vodaphone know that Onecom are conning people and refuse to do anything about it.

I do not think your are running a…
I do not think your are running a businees. Your intention is to give customer a lesson. I took over a business and I agreed a contract with Onecom. Until today the phone line and broadband are out of service. I contacted hundred times to customerservice but did not do anything. Disgusting.

AVOID AT ALL COSTS
Absolutely useless. They are crooks, fraudsters and con artists. Contea t signed in November, sill waiting for handset. They blame the suppliers yet won't offer a discounted rate while I wait for the phone. Customer service are robots with no common sense. Taking this to OFCOM, watchdog and Citizens Advice
