I had a very disappointing experience working with Pallet Fly. While their website lists thousands of products with large quantities available (often showing 10,000 units in stock), after placing orders I repeatedly received emails several days later stating that the items were actually out of stock.

Another major issue is the delay in communication. It often took several days to receive a response to basic emails, which slowed down the ordering process and caused unnecessary uncertainty. For a business that markets itself to resellers, timely and accurate communication is essential, and unfortunately this was lacking.

I also joined their paid membership program the buyer circle , but after already having multiple issues, I left an honest negative review. I was then contacted by Pallet Fly and told that if I did not delete my review, my membership would be canceled and I would no longer be allowed to order from them. I found this approach unprofessional and concerning, as customers should be able to share honest feedback without fear of retaliation. I then went to downgrade my account because it isn’t of use for me, and they didn’t accept the downgrade request & continued to charge me the $99 fee, so now I have to file a claim with my bank. Just a very unprofessional company

The inventory is updated by the suppliers. As we state in our guides, 10,000 is a placeholder for actual inventory if we are not given the amount currently available. The delay in communication is due to waiting for suppliers to respond to us with accurate information. Nothing we can do to make them answer quicker. They are large brands and they answer slow. It is part of the business.

Regarding the paid membership, we have refunded you in full.

Regarding leaving public reviews about our company, we choose not to work with customers that do that. If you want a relationship with a company, you cannot spit on them in public and expect them to help you make money. If you can't understand that, we can't help you there.

The Worst Distributor Experience I’ve Ever Had

This is by far the most incompetent and dishonest distributor I’ve ever dealt with in the U.S. I had a bad experience with them last year, but decided to give them another chance — huge mistake. The same nightmare repeated itself.

We spend days placing orders, send the payment, and then — after two days — they reply with a lazy “sorry, out of stock.” This has happened FOUR times. Their website shows “10,000 in stock,” yet nothing is actually available. It’s pure deception.

We’ve lost money, time, and energy dealing with this company. It’s hard not to believe they intentionally hold your funds for weeks and use them elsewhere before issuing a refund.

Avoid PALLETFLY at all costs. They are unreliable, misleading, and completely unprofessional.

(Palletfly couldn't verify me and want me to prove myself. I bought the items on behalf of Caucasian LLC. If possible I can load the invoices and the screenshots of the bank transfer. You are not scammer ok, but not good at that job and not professional. Accept it.)

They ship all expired products. Anyone doing FBA through them have to confirm the expiry date. I have an entire product set sent back by Amazon and the listing was removed.

Poor Support, Inflexible Returns & Unreliable Ungating Referrals

I had a disappointing experience with Palletfly. I purchased inventory that was never shipped, never opened, and remained with them in original condition. Despite that, they refused to take the product back and offered no refund, credit, or flexibility whatsoever.

Worse, they referred me to two so-called “ungating service providers” to help make their invoices acceptable for Amazon. Both were either completely unresponsive or eventually came back with exorbitant fees—quotes that charged far more than the value of the product itself.

Their post-sale support was non-existent, and the whole process felt like a trap: you’re stuck with unsellable inventory and no help.

If you're a seller expecting transparency, fair business practices, or any kind of customer support, I strongly recommend staying away.

Yes, I’m aware that you mention on your website that your invoices are not accepted by Amazon—but that’s not the main issue here. The real concern is how rigid and unhelpful your post-sale process has been.
You say in your response that you gave me the option to resell the inventory to another customer if an order comes in—but you’ve left out a key detail: you are now charging a $25/day storage fee for holding that inventory. This fee is not mentioned in your Trustpilot reply. More importantly, the very same idea—to resell the product to another customer—was actually suggested by me weeks ago, and it was ignored at the time.
Now, after wasting significant time and offering no resolution or flexibility, you present my own idea back to me—along with added daily charges. That is not reasonable customer service; it's a frustrating and disingenuous experience.
I hope this clarifies the situation for others considering doing business with you.

Regarding your inventory: it was sourced and reserved on your behalf, which incurred warehousing and operational costs. As per our terms of service, customers are expected to take delivery of inventory within 7 days of readiness. After that point, goods are subject to disposal. Despite this, we did not dispose of your goods. Instead, we held them for an extended period at no cost, in an effort to give you time to evaluate options.

You did suggest the idea of reselling the product on our platform—which is something we were already prepared to offer. That option remains available to you. However, after holding your inventory far beyond the allowed time frame, we must now apply a modest daily storage fee of $25/day going forward, to cover the continued use of warehouse space and handling. This fee was not retroactively applied and only applies from the point of your decision to proceed with the relisting.

We acknowledge that this situation has been frustrating, but it’s important to recognize that we’ve made multiple efforts to offer flexible solutions well outside of our formal obligations. Posting public criticism while simultaneously seeking resolution undermines the cooperative tone needed to reach a fair outcome.

Misleading with estimated delivery date.

Don't make order with palletfly. They are misleadig with delivery date. When I recieved the qoute of the order the estimated delivery date was 20 days and after payment done they change in to 120 days. when i started live chat with them they start lie that we mentioned in qoute estimated delivery date 120 days. The 20 days is the standard lead time for that product. The order has a special note in the listing notes, on your quote, you agree to it when you create the request on the site and on your invoice.
It is listed in 4 different places for you to see that. We are not trying to mislead you. You just may have overlooked that note.

In addition, you did not make a payment and we have not changed any part of the agreement. Kindly reconsider your review as this is a misunderstanding on information that was overlooked.

Very sketchy

Ordering from Palletfly has been a nightmare every step of the way. After finally getting my order confirmed and paid for, it was suddenly updated to "order held." I called the company and was told that they were going to email me about details about the product that weren't the same as when I ordered it. After that phone call, I can't login to my account. Password resets don't work. I'm afraid they ran away with my money and I may need to dispute my transaction with my bank. I plan to report this company to the FTC. Don't do business with them.

Edit: The product arrived yesterday. Things are even worse. Not only did I not receive the exact item I purchased, I received less than half the quantity. I bought 2090 2-packs and received 71 24 count boxes, which is 1,704 single packs.

The item is a different brand, which does matter because FBA sellers get ungated for specific brands and sometimes specific items. The brand I received does not match the invoice I have. I'm going to proceed with a report to the FTC because this company is scamming people.

Unprofessional company

For Amazon FBA resellers, if you’re looking for a company and supplier to do your wholesale business, this is not the one you should work with. They won’t provide an invoice that will work for the products they’re selling, nor will they give you the necessary documents you might need if Amazon asks for them. This could lead to your account being banned or deactivated.

They’ll advise you to go to a third-party company to purchase an invoice, which can be very expensive. A legitimate supplier should provide you with the proper documents and an invoice that will work with those documents for Amazon.

They are scammers I order from them the “ Bic 830864 BiC Cristal Original 1.0 mm Ball Pen Pack of 10” and I received “ ВіС
Cristal® Xtra Smooth pack of 10” they provide me amazon ASIN BOERDHVSAC that also show same product to show how profit margin even on amazon same product available with no profit margin. They two different things that product picture and explanation is not related to the upc they provide. I didn’t check upc as asin and product details are same and I believe that they provide right information but when I received product it quite different product when I called them they asked me upc and said that it is same product but they clearly mislabeled me to buy the product that cheaper than what pictures they showed and refused to refund. I called the brand and they said that they don’t sell “ Bic 830864 BiC Cristal Original 1.0 mm Bal! Pen Pack of 10” in USA and they are not same products. They answer calls and only email if they want I can provide all emails and order screenshots if they refuse to recognize me .

They do not provide any authenticity documents…

They do not provide any verification document for the brands they sell. Such as declaration of authenticity as well as any letters from the brands stating they are authorized to sell those brands.

You need to know this in advance as many times Amazon will request authenticity documents, and irrespective of who is asking a supplier MUST be able to provide authenticity documents when you have made a purchase, otherwise where is this inventory coming from?

Just know this before making a purchase, as once the sale is done (after several revisions and the item you actually want being out of stock) they do not count themselves responsible for providing any supporting documentation.

Don't believe those reviews They are a Scammy Company

We have been trying to get orders sent since February, Delay after delay.
Will not refund the Money, Even if the Products are not in stock when they said they did have it.
Now Some of the products supposed to be receive 3 months after the fact. But not holding our breath.
This is orders from February.
This is completely unacceptable. At this point We will never order from them again and never send them any money upfront ever.
DO NOT USE THEM! These 5 star reviews are plants at best. Every negative review is correct wish we listened to them it has been a nightmare and massive headache with them from the start. Never again.

I see your product that was really good and profitable for business but the problem is that everyone complain that palletfly is scam when you buy products after 17 days they sai we don't have this product and another problem is i search on Google maps but i didn't find your palletfly bord on the wherhous so can you share something thanks dear palletfly team

Firstly, we want to assure you that we take allegations of scamming very seriously. We are a legitimate business committed to providing quality products and services to our customers. While we acknowledge that there have been isolated incidents where orders may not have been fulfilled as expected, these instances are not indicative of our overall business practices.

We serve a large customer base, with over 35,000 accounts, and strive to resolve any issues that arise to the satisfaction of all parties involved. While it's regrettable that some transactions may encounter complications, we are dedicated to rectifying them promptly and ensuring a positive experience for our customers.

Regarding the signage on our warehouse, we apologize for any confusion this may have caused. We understand the importance of clear and visible signage for our customers. Currently, our warehouse is located under the Lopopolo Iron sign. We are actively working to improve our signage for better visibility and accessibility. However, since none of our transactions are done in person, we had to handle this as a lower priority.
