My latest purchase of my 1st radley denim bag is dissapointing.
Im a huge radley fan.i have over 60 Radley bags.
But this new denim range is poor quality and over priced.Not stylish at all.
Not a touch on the Radley leather ones.
Over priced this denim Eden bag .not impressed at all.
Wont purchase any more denim ones.looks cheap and its over priced!!

Appalling customer service!!
As a long standing Radley London customer and not just of handbags either- I recently purchased 2 beautiful handbags one for myself & one as a birthday gift for my granddaughter however, when i got home and checked inside neither bag contained the protective dust bag- thinking this was an error I contacted the store who advised that Radley had stopped providing them on certain bags. Therefore since I was so disappointed at this decision; I contacted the Radley customer service department via the website to register a complaint expecting a reasonable explanation as to why they had taken the decision not to provide dust bags in products.
I was further more disappointed when Sandra their representative emailed back to say that dust bags are now only provided in certain items & this is now advised in the item description!
Well imagine my dismay absolutely nothing else- no explanation as to why, no link to advise where I could purchase as an accessory- in fact disgraceful customer service!!
I have purchased purses that have dust bags and as the owner of many handbags I literally want a dust bag to keep my bag in tip top condition!
On this occasion I gave my granddaughter a dust bag from one of my existing bags & doubled up one of my existing bags- but what I would say to all you RADLEY LONDON HANDBAG lovers BUYER BEWARE- CHECK- they are skimping on DUST BAGS !!

My Daughter purchased a purse directly from the website on my behalf for my wife’s Christmas for £95 which was unsuitable so was returned 5 weeks ago. There has been no sign of a refund even although we have sent 2 e mails chasing it up. I would have thought a company like this would have done better considering how they portray themselves and the amounts they charge for their products. I have made a significant number of purchases from them over the years and this is the first time I’ve returned anything and the experience is eye opening. I have reached a point where I’m starting to think I’ll never see my money again so looks like any future purchases for this type of item will be made elsewhere as this company appear to be just another typical example of all is great with them until it’s not.
The order number is 1401057511 and my Daughters name is Niamh Reilly.

On a recent visit (7 Feb 26) I was looking at the bracelets, as I live on my own my friend and I thought we had best try the bracelet on to ensure I would manage it on my own as was not a basic clasp fastening. The staff simply stared at us intently and comments were made that they were away to watch the CCTV! No matter what they thought our intentions were they would have been better placed in actually coming over to help. Whilst we thought I would not manage we could well have been wrong in that do not only did they loose that sale but the other two items I was looking at which would have totalled in the region of £70

Purchased a Radley smart watch on the Amazon website.
Unfortunately it started to discharge it's battery very quickly.
I contacted the organisation who do the repairs for Radley and was told the battery may last as little as 2 days or possibly 5.....
Also told to carry out some checks on the watch???
I then proceeded to contact Radley direct and request some further help, possibly a replacement or refund I was thinking.
They simply suggested contacting the repair company?
Absolutely no attempt to provide the customer with some fundamental customer care.
Under the consumer rights act I have a device which isn't fit for purpose...
The theory of a 2 year guarantee is, I'm afraid just a front to encourage people to buy from a once great retailer.
I received a very unhelpful reply which stated that I needed to contact Peers Hardy for watch advice?
If the person who wrote the reply actually decided to read my concern about Peers Hardy they would appreciate I have already engaged with them, sadly to no avail?
Please be careful buying Radley products if this is their response to a genuine concern about a watch that is not working properly.
As stated earlier the 2 year guarantee is fabricated to encourage a sale.
Sorry Radley you have let me down.

I just love my handbag! It’s so well made and just the right size for what I need. I’m lucky enough to be able to have a little purse too which fits in beautifully. Good communication about my order and it was packaged with so much care and attention, it was amazing.

I have bought from Radley in the past. Products were great and Customer Service was excellent. I bought a pair of boots in the January sales. Boots looked great but were not comfortable and too narrow. Returned them more than 15 days ago, Radley confirmed they received the boots but have not refunded my money yet. More than 15 days to process a refund?! Not buying again from them.
