Dropped my Tag Heuer off at Karrinyup store for a new battery. The $380 sounds expensive but what’s got me really going is the three months to do it. Never again!

Very very fast and easy buying experience

While diving into a pool in October 2025 only 20 months after buying the Tag Heuer Connected 45mm for $2,000+ the whole face fell off. It is now February 2026 and I still haven't received a replacement and cannot even Tag Heuer to respond to my emails in a timely fashion. After handing the watch in for repair in the beginning of December 2025 the feedback from Tag Heuer in Switzerland is they are 'waiting for parts'. This is completely unacceptable service from a premium brand. I will never buy a Connected watch and would advise everyone else give it a skip. To be honest, I think my days with Tag Heuer (a so-called premium brand) are done. I don't want a replacement, thanks.

This is my first Tag and couldn’t be happier goes well in my collection. Eduardo at the Aventura store was excellent he had a lot of patience since I am not an impulse buyer. He changed bands 3 times for me on my watch of choice Aqua racer GMT.
Tags choice of financing sucks so be ready.
Other than that it was great.

J'ai eu en cadeau la Tag Heuer Connected E5 en petit diamètre.
C'est une catastrophe.
La batterie tient tout juste 24h là où la e4 tient 2 ou 3 fois plus (j'étais une journée entière avec mon beau frère qui a la e4 et en fin de journée il a fallu que je recharge la e5 quand lui avait encore 65%de batterie)
Le fait de bouger le bras ajoute des pulsations en plus... la precision est vraiment mauvaise.
Sans parler de l'absence des fonctionnalités de base ecg, tension, activité ski etc. Dispo basiquement chez Samsung !
Certes elle est bien mieux désignée...mais pour le prix la fiabilité et les fonctionnalités ne sont pas au RDV.
je pourrai vous parler du service client qui ne répond pas....il a fallu 4 semaines pour que la montre soit adressée pour diagnostic et ils m'annoncent 3 semaines pour la récupérer.... 2 mois sans qu'ils ne détectent aucune anomalie... il n'ont rien fait dessus
Sans réponse non plus à mes nombreux appels!!!
LAMENTABLE

J’ai acheté la connected E4 et ensuite la connected E5 en pensant que les problèmes iOS était réglé donc en partie, il y en a quelques-uns qui fonctionnent mais pas tous et quand tu as des tatouages malheureusement plus rien ne fonctionne donc aucun support. L’entreprise a jamais répondu à mes courriels, car j’aurais voulu me faire rembourser aucune aide. Je vous déconseille fortement d’acheter cette cochonnerie.

It was very user friendly.

I sent them my watch for service back in Sept. 25 and was told I would get it back in early January but still don't have it and no communication. For such a luxury brand to have such poor customer service is very shocking. Don't ever send your watch to them for service, because it's like a black hole.

Tag Heuer truly stands out as a premium brand. The quality of their watches is exceptional, with great attention to detail and craftsmanship. What I appreciate most is their global support — no matter where you are, the brand stands behind its products. On top of that, the in-store service is excellent: professional, knowledgeable, and genuinely welcoming. A great experience overall and a brand I trust.

I was once a fan of Alexandra Daddario, but my opinion has changed over time based on repeated reports and personal experience. Multiple individuals who claim to have met her have described her as dismissive or unapproachable when off camera. I experienced this firsthand at San Diego Comic-Con, where she ignored fans entirely, which was disappointing.
There are also numerous stories circulating online that allege rude or unprofessional behavior. While some of these accounts may be exaggerated or unverifiable, their widespread nature has contributed to a negative public perception. Even comments made publicly by people close to her suggest she has become less relatable over time.
From a professional standpoint, her acting range appears limited, with many prominent roles relying more on image than on strong or memorable performances. Additionally, her frequent use of profanity in interviews and videos, along with the public promotion of charitable acts, comes across as unrefined and self-serving rather than genuine.
Given these factors, it is surprising that major brands such as Dior, TAG Heuer, Formula 1, and Hanna Andersson continue to associate with her, as brand representatives are typically expected to reflect professionalism, relatability, and positive public conduct.
Overall, these experiences and observations have significantly diminished my view of her as a public figure and brand ambassador.

I seldom take the time from my busy day to reply to these customer surveys of various vendors of products I use and enjoy but this interface was so exceptional I feel it only proper and necessary to apply my full appreciation:

Arthur was the consummate Professional from the first sentence to the last in his emailed cordial and articulated response to my questions amount my legacy TAG product. (Calibre S Link Carrera CV7A13.BA0795 sn RUG7170).

I needed to find genuine TAG Link and Pin parts to work on the wristband links and didnt wish to contaminate our treasured timepiece with inferior parts - especially to get the correct dimensioned parts to retain the authenticity of the wrist band taper to 19.56mm. Simple as my little project was.

I needed to lengthen the wristband to pass down to my nephew as a Family Legacy item in our Trust.

After a little research, Arthur followed up by emailing me the correct part number(s) and a weblink to order the correct parts through the TAG website.

Perfect ! ( and they were very affordable as well --- even better )

...and this is coming from a mildly mechanical articulate eng. with over 32 years of technical customer service experience with all types of professional customers as a seasoned Field Service Engineer with companies such as Fujitsu, Tektronix and Sperry-Univac (now Unisys)

Recognizing exceptional customer service when I see it I would certainly would recommend Arthur as an example of "How to take care of the Customer"

Just purchased an Aquaracer Solargraph from the Aventura boutique in South Florida. The level of service we received from Eduardo was amazing. He was very knowledgeable and professional. In addition to offering coffee and water he answered all our questions about our new watch. The watch is beautiful and it’s working great. I strongly recommend this boutique and salesman!

TH connected watch E5. Worse experience in watch buying with this so called connected watch. The connection with my WiFi is hectic. So is the heart rate completely wrong with HR numbers from 48 to 173 while resting peaceful at home. Not to mention the limited number features of this made in China watch sold at 1600€. A complete disaster. I’ve sent it back to the AD

I visited Tag Heuer's Watford branch first in October 2025 and was approached by Nabeel, who immediately shook my hand, made me feel welcome, invited me to sit down to discuss which time pieces I liked / would like to try on and which refreshment I would like for our discussion. In total, I visited the branch 3 times before deciding on my watch, each time with equally as warm and professional welcome from Nabeel. I was offered a free engraving and was delighted with the turnaround meaning that I got my new timepiece, with engraving, before Christmas. A 5* service and couldn't recommend the experience enough. Thanks to Nabeel and the team for making my experience with Tag Heuer an unforgettable one. I'm absolutely delighted with my watch, which was bought to celebrate my marriage in the summer, and look forward to wearing it for many years to come.
