I’m surprised that Timex got as much as 1 star! I went onto their website to buy a watch (thought they would be pleased) and they offered me a 15% promo code off the price of watch which I would receive ‘shortly’ Put the watch into the basket and waited for the code which never came. Tried to contact them and all I got was an Ai reply or a machine! Gave up after 48 hours of trying to talk to someone. Crap service, crap company! Don’t waste your time with them. I’ve gone back to Casio. Hopefully, they will value customers a bit better!

Engineer turned up on time, was very professional and knowledgeable and managed to resolve the problem promptly.

Walked straight in and James did my tracking immediately. Brilliant service and even more so considering he was in his own! Will definitely be going back for my servicing needs and MOT from now on. Get well soon Phil!

Spoke to Ethan regarding our extraordinary high December and January electricity bills. Appreciate you pay for what you use, but even so, bills of between £400 and £500 per month are ridiculous! Ethan was extremely empathetic, patient and kind. A wonderful example of how good customer service should be, and a credit to Octopus Energy. He gave me plenty of time to share my queries, listening and taking on board my concerns. Just as importantly, he signposted me to where I could find more advice and help in the event I needed it. Ethan displayed exemplary customer service skills and so much better to talk to a person rather than a awful chat box! How I hate those things! He was a pleasure to speak to, and deal with. I hope his management team see this review. He is a credit to Octopus Energy and if this example is anything to go by, he is destined for great things in the future within their ranks! Here we go again. Been asked to do yet another review for Homeserve. So boring cos I do the same review I always do. Brilliant, professional service. Nothing is too much trouble. Extremely polite and tidy engineer who always go the extra mile to meet your needs. Worth every penny of my monthly payment. If you are not already a customer of theirs, then get on the phone and join up. You won’t regret it. In this world of naff customer service, they put the rest to shame! Please don’t ask me to do another review, cos I’ll only write the same again! Zzzzzzz

Excellent service yet again. Glen was courteous, friendly and professional. He dealt with the problem efficiently and speedily. Never had a problem with Homeserve and for the money, it’s a wonderful and very reliable service.

Good honest customer service. Spoke to a person, not a machine. Visited within 2 days by Glen, a really friendly and knowledgeable plumber who got the job done within a very short time frame. Wonderful. Will definitely use again. Good product, good condition and amazing price.

So simple to deal with. The array of watches they sell are second to none and if the watch you buy is not suitable for any reason, there is never a problem with a refund. I never go anywhere else, unless the watch they do not have the watch I am after, but they are always my first port of call.

Great service, great book, great price and great experience from WOB. What’s not to like? Will use them again. I’m always looking out for bargains and WOB provided me with a good one. Highly recommend them!

Great service yet again. Rang up with a repeat problem in the morning and the engineer arrived in the afternoon. Fitted 2 new valves and got all the radiators working again. I have always been impressed with service Homeserve provide. Well worth the subscription money each year. If I had called out a plumber to do what the Homeserve plumber did, it would have cost me over £150. So, what’s not to like. Thanks Homeserve.

Never had a problem with Watchshop. Great website, great watches, very competitive prices, fast delivery and never any problem in the event you don’t like the watch. Let’s face it, watches are never the same in real life. May be better or may be worse, but Watchshop never quibble or query your decision to send a watch back and either exchange or refund. They are up there with the best of them and customer happiness is their main focus. Give them a try, you won’t be disappointed!

Had problems with my energy price rate, but Tilly helped and guided me through the current rates and how I could possibly benefit financially from changing. In times of rising prices, I listened intently to her advice and after going onto a new rate, felt that this could not have been done without her very patient,professional, empathetic and caring attitude.

Brilliant, wonderful and any other word one could think of to describe excellence. Enzo dealt with my call in a most professional, understanding and empathetic manner. Hope I deal with him next time. Amazing service. Washing machine died on the Friday. My wife is a community nurse and one of her uniforms was stuck inside the machine. Enzo arranged for the engiineer, another amazing representative from Hotpoint called Dean, to come out 2 days later. He had it fixed inside 10 minutes! And I thought good customer care was a thing of the past! I was wrong!

Great service from Harry’s. Ordered blades Monday pm and they arrived Tuesday am. Was expecting the order to take about 3-4 days! Won’t be going to the local supermarket any more and getting ripped off. Harry’s prices are very competitive as well. Try them for yourselves and see. Great service.

Great products at even greater prices. Love Animal gear. Will always buy from them and in fact theirs is usually the first website I go to whenever I am in the market to buy stuff. Can't fault them!!
